The cars is developed by Hondas’ venture with Guangqi motors in China.

MG Launches new mid size SUV in India.
MG Astor (petrol version of MG ZS) has a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. MG Astor comes with a sporty design that is similar to its electric vehicle MG ZS EV. However, there are some notable changes like a new front end with a hexagonal 'Celestial' grille with honeycomb design. It sports new fog and LED projector-headlamps with Daytime Running Lights (DRLs).
MG Astor comes with 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and faux dual exhausts.
Company has installed an AI personal assistant in the all new MG Astor. It comes with many features like Navigation, Select in-car controls, critical in-car warning, etc.
The most significant feature introduced in MG Astor is its ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Level-2. It helps with multiple safety functions like Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Prevention, Speed Assist System, Red Cross Traffic Alert, etc.
It comes with three steering modes: Normal, Urban, and Dynamic.

Toyota Motor Cooperation has issue an official statement in regard to restructuring of resale of newly launched Toyota Land Cruiser to .
Toyota dealers and Toyota Motor Corporation share a common understanding that when selling vehicles to customers in Japan, the sale does not end, but that each dealership will continue a responsible relationship with the customer, including after-sales service, in order to protect the safety and security of the customer."
"In addition, the Land Cruiser is particularly popular overseas, and we are concerned about the flow of vehicles from Japan to overseas immediately after their release, as well as the possibility of them being exported to certain regions where security regulations are in place."
Toyota cites concerns in reselling the new vehicle and all new owners have to sign pledge to not to resale the suv.

KIA 2022 goes on sale in its birth country.
Kia Sportage inches towards its customers in South Korea with various trims having different interiors, headlights and instrument panels.
Kia revealed earlier this month that it will offer a handful of powertrain options at launch. Available from the get-go is a 1.6-liter TGDI four-cylinder rated at 177 hp (180 PS/132 kW) and 195 lb-ft (264 Nm) of torque, and a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel with 183 hp (185 PS/136 kW) and 307 lb-ft (416 Nm) of torque.
