With the build up of work & family commitments during holiday season.
Health always seems to be one thing put to the side.
Stress from the outside of us coupled with the stress from our lack of self-care.
Compounds leading to overwhelm and depletion. Which can snowball into other physical and mental health challenges.
Rather than the season being one of quality time.
It ends up being filled with frustration and stress causing greater challenges when we connect with family.
I hear often “I don’t have time” It’s likely you do, and aren’t taking responsibility for how you use it.
If you sleep 8 hours and work a 9-5 job.
That leaves 8 hours for you to choose how you spend it.
What is the outcome I want from my holidays?
What distractions am I willing to let go of?
Are there are relationships I need to create boundaries in?
Do I need work-out, or do I need to rest?
Prioritising and being consistent with your self-care now will be a great investment in your energy and clarity for the year ahead.
Now is the time to begin.

One of the greatest ways you can support your emotional wellbeing is by taking care of your physical body.
Within many personal development and spiritual circles I'm a part of, one of the major focuses is on emotional processing.
What's often not discussed is the impact our gut, our nervous system, organs, posture and hormones all impact on our emotions.
For example, if you're experiencing fear you can process that emotion. But if your nervous system is unregulated, you will continue to find things to be fearful of - as this is the role of the limbic system.
If you're anxious, but you continue to eat commercial foods which are full of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or preservatives (ie all food in supermarket). You are poisoning your body. And the way it will respond will be to create anxiety as it perceives its in danger - which it is.
These are two common cycles I see playing out and I'm aware of them because I've also experienced them.
And in respect to the role our emotional processing plays in the way we take care of our physical body.
The better we feel emotionally, the more natural it will be to take care of our physical body - eat the organic food, drink the juices, rest, go to bed on time and take care of our nervous system.
We will be attract and vibrate towards the foods and experiences which mirror our emotional state.
Why is this important anyway? Our emotions ultimately dictate the actions and opportunities we attract or repel in life.

Most people do not want to take responsibility for their health.
Whether we've chosen to believe that it's challenging.
Or that it's a better choice to leave it to someone else to manage.
Not taking responsibilty has consequences.
By choosing to rely on big
The major difference between taking responsibility and not taking responsibility is that one is adult behaviour and the other is child.
When we are a child, we look for someone else to take care of things.
When we are an adult, we take responsibilty for our own lives, because we recognise that it's the only way to live the life we are worthy of.
There is an old saying 'the way we do one thing is the way we do everything' and its very true.
If you are not taking responsibility for your health there is likely other areas of your life you are not taking responsibility for.
What you are choosing for yourself has consequences for your long term happiness, growth and freedom you get to experience.
It also has consequences for your children, grandchildren, and the community you live amongst.
What is holding you back from taking responsibility in your own life?
Are you willing to ask for support to get you to that next level?
Where you can leave a greater legacy for your children and grandchildren.

DYSBIOSIS
Anyone with this level of imbalance can be sure they are poisoning themselves from the inside out.
Unfriendly bacteria build up in the body as a result of poor diet and lifestyle choices. Namely processed foods, undigested foods, alcohol, coffee, medical drugs particularly antibiotics, sugar or environmental and emotional stressors.
Unfriendly bacteria release metabolic waste which is not only toxic to the body but also stimulates a fight or flight response causing irritability, anxiety long term chronic fatigue and depression.
As the toxins continue to build up, the liver will shuffle them into fat cells to protect the other organs and the central nervous system from damage.
If the body doesn’t have the nutrients required to detoxify which is likely considering the diet and lifestyle choices that have led here in the first place.
Toxins will eventually start circulating in the blood creating a perfect environment for parasite and fungal infections. Experienced as fatigue, inflammation and sugar cravings on the way to muscloskeletal issues, neurodegenerative disease and chronic illness.
Another reason why diet and lifestyle is the determining factor in the prevention of disease.

An imbalanced approach to health will always fail
Dieting is one of these approaches
A multibillion dollar industry
Studies indicate between 80-95% of them fail, and countless testimonies highlight the damage they actually cause.
The healthy weight, mental clarity, sustained energy we all desire is our natural state and our body is constantly seeking to return us there.
Health has always been synonymous with Balance within a dynamic system. This is Nature’s law.
A diet is stagnation, it represents death. The 3 first letters say it all.
They give short term results but plateau but robs the body of essential nutrients and energy in the process.
The destabilisation and rebound that follows is as the body tries to find balance dysregulates metabolism, hormone and energy production.
New age trends, fad diets, or following an internet gurus success story are common threads these days. Approaches such as veganism, carnivore, caffeine/cortisol assisted intermittent fasting, or restricted eating with cheat days are not long term approaches. They’re typically dogmatic and fuelled by ideology and external means, over logic.
Our bodies nutrient needs vary depending on its development, environmental factors, stressors and genetics. This was figured out in the early 1900’s.
Dieting is a multibillion dollar industry, don’t fall into the hype.
The relationship has been lost for a number of reasons:
1. Cultural programming
2. People being told what to think not how to think
3. Poor diet & lifestyle choices causing too greater physiological stress to be open to its communication
4. Or people want to get healthier and simply don’t know where to begin.
Whatever dream you are looking to fulfil, creating balanced health is essential for that process. Once you’ve built the foundations it’s no longer something you need to think about.

Arpad Pusztai's work highlighted that it wasn't the additional (insect killing) compound added to the potatoes that caused the effects, but rather the genetic modification process itself.
He observed smaller brains and testicles, enlarged pancreas and intestines, immune system (relating to thymus and spleen) activated and damaged and liver atrophied.

Welcome to FORAGER WARRIOR
I offer 1-1 coaching both online and in person, specialising in regeneration and detoxification of the body and connection to our most primal and Earth rooted self. My methods come back to the foundations of human health, detoxification of the organs, and regeneration of the gut. Creating fertile grounds for self healing to reawaken vital life force energy and connection to our body and primal self.
A little piece of my story. I was a child. My connection to Earth Mother was visceral and tangible. I moved, I breathed. I explored her, I played on her, I protected her. At a point, I could no longer be this authentic version of my self. I was institutionalised, leading to success in schooling and University studies as an Engineer. By society’s standards I had it all. Whilst on the inside I was suffering. I was an athlete in my teenage years and later on trained heavily in martial artist. To this day I have continued physical training and developing awareness within my physical body. During my early twenties, I began reconnecting with the unseen ~ Spirit through non-ordinary states of Conciousness.
Knowing there was a greater life for me to be lived, coupled with a strong sense of adventure. I embarked on a journey of inner knowing, transformation and self-mastery. The path was dark before becoming illuminated. I received support along the way. Teachers, mentors, guides including Tom Brown Jr. and indigenous tribes within Australia. I am a proud indigenous Wiradjuri born man, my traditional name is ‘Gabul’ in Bunjalung. I am listening and here for reconnection to Original culture of Country. I am a practicing Magnified Healer, embodying the essence of Kwan Yin as a tool for energetic healing, a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK Institute and certified Shaking Medicine instructor. My methods combine Ancient wisdom, Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern science and understanding.
Reconnecting with Nature and the wild within myself saved my life. From deep immersion, Vision Quests, water fasting, whole foods nutrition, plant medicine to integrative practices of mind-body ~ natural movement, Qi gong, meditation, Shaking Medicine. I began regenerating my body mind and Spirit. I worked closely with the Earth growing foods and coming into an understanding of the fundamental relationship we share with the soil, and our health holistically. Cultivating a deep love and respect for the healing power our Mother holds. I developed a close relationship with whole food as medicine, it’s life giving essence and vitality, re-establishing the communication and connectedness of our shared microbiome, and ultimate immunity.
On this journey, I have overcome addiction, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, lethargy, emotional traumas, and the fear of stepping out of a paradigm that didn’t have my health and wellness at heart. Dedicating myself for years ~ learning, integrating and embodying principles and tools for transformation and healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. I have found a level of health and vitality within myself which I didn’t know was possible, and have stepped back into a place of gratitude and joy for life which I only knew as as child.
