Lucky Dube was a South African reggae musician and singer-songwriter who was born on August 3, 1964, in Ermelo, South Africa, and died on October 18, 2007, in Rosettenville, Johannesburg. He is considered one of the most popular and influential reggae artists in Africa and is known for his socially and politically conscious lyrics.

In 1928, numerous elongated skulls were unearthed at the Paracas Peninsula in Peru. The Paracas civilization, existing from 800 to 100 BCE, engaged in cranial deformation—a practice involving tightly binding the head in cloth during the initial years of life to achieve elongation of the skull.

Elon Musk has 5 children— twins born in 2004 and triplets born in 2006.

In 2014, he pulled all his children from conventional school and established a secret private school called Ad Astra School.

Only Elon Musk's children and a few of his employee's children attend this special private school.

Children in the school don't take exam or get grades. In fact, there is no grade in the school.

Rather, they take part in a curriculum heavy on science, math, engineering, robotics, and artificial intelligence.

To gain admission to Elon Musk's school, students must be between the ages of 8 and 13.

Below is one of the questions a student must answer to gain admission:

"Varo Varo was a famous painter born in La Paz, Mexico in 1908. She grew up poor and sadly, died young.

In her celebrated career, it was believed that Varo Varo only created 10 paintings.

Unfortunately, her brilliant paintings were all
destroyed in the Mexico City Earthquake of 1985. Only photographs remain of her majestic and entrancing work.

While rebuilding after yet another earthquake in 2018, workers discovered a new Varo Varo painting hidden under the town hall.

Not only was this painting perfectly intact, but art critics think it is the best of Varo Varo’s paintings and one of the most important pieces of 20th century surrealist art.

The discovery of the painting makes international headlines, and the art world is abuzz with two questions— what will
happen to Varo Varo’s Eleventh Painting, and who will get the chance to see it?

Varo Varo requested that any money made from her paintings be donated towards arts education for the children of La Paz, Mexico.

Based on the information below, where should the painting be sold? Rank the options from
best ( #1) to worst ( #5) and please explain why"

Don’t forget, these are questions for age 8-13

I was in Lagos for a collab with Mayorkun and accompanied my friend YKB to Oxlade's Birthday party in Lagos. The first time being to a club for me, I met Zlatan and other superstars.

I was supposed to attend an interview on MTV the next day. On my way home from the club, I slept off and woke up 3 days later in the hospital with my dad. A car hit us from behind. The guy sitting next to me in that car couldn't make it.

I never believed when the doctor said I couldn't walk until I tried sitting up — to no avail.

My collaboration (Holy Father) with Mayorkun was out and trending. Sitting in a wheelchair was something I never imagined. Performed holy Father on my feet for the first time Thanks to – Davido for wrapping his hands around my shoulders.

Met with Wiz at the Eko Hotel that same night on my way to Buju's (Bnxn) show. I met Burna boy who was smiling at me. At first, I was like, – It can't be me," “Does Burnaboy know who I am?" And he was like, – bring him forward, and he shook hands with me and said “Bro, we need to make music."

— Victony on how he blew up.

18/07/2023

The Tower of Babel was the world's first skyscraper, as well as a symbol of the might and hubris of the ancient city of Babylon. The enormous building, mentioned in the Bible, has fascinated generation upon generation, although everyone has their own image of what it once looked like. Historians have only been able to agree on one thing: The tower was said to reach up to the sky. Herodotus, the Father of History, described this symbol of Babylon as a wonder of the world.

The Tower of Babel stood at the very heart of the vibrant metropolis of Babylon in what is today Iraq. It was a city of open squares, broad boulevards and narrow, winding lanes. But the City of Cities, as Babylon was known by the Ancients, eventually fell into ruin. And the residents of Babylon plundered the Tower of Babel and used its bricks to build their own houses.
Long ago, the once-mighty Babylon and its gargantuan tower sunk into the sands of the Iraqi desert and disappeared. Archaeologists have been working ceaselessly and successfully since 1811 to excavate the capital of the Ancient World. It was aerial photography, however, that provided the first real clues as to the location of the tower.
The photographs show the tower's square-shaped outline in the center of the city. Today, nothing remains but a watering hole. The Tower was said to be almost 100 meters tall and was dedicated to Babylon‘s own God, Marduk. But even he was powerless to save this once mighty city.

PASTOR Runcie Mike WROTE A LETTER ✉️ BEFORE HE DIED!

TITLE: YOU'LL READ THIS & THINK I HAVE SENSE📌

We are loosing alot of pastors lately to sickness & even death due to the level of stress that ministry exposes you to and partly also the desire by a few/some to fit into the "superhuman" mold that makes them seem infallible or insusceptible to human proclivities.

So many are leaving the ministry for other things cuz they are tired of the "unrealistic expectations" placed on them to be there for everyone but themselves, and many can't even find themselves again.

Some are experiencing serious burnouts and rarely even take out time to take care of themselves hence not being able to take care of the work any longer like they should.

We are having a very SERIOUS DECLINE in the number of young people answering the call to ministry these days.

Please I beg you, if you see or meet, or even know any young pastor who is reaching young people these days, please do all you can to pray for them and encourage them, that's the generation reaching the next generation of believers that will carry this torch into an evolving world where the enemy is so intentional about getting them young at all cost.

Refuse to stand or side with the enemy that seeks to take out our young growing ministers please, refuse it and fight it, it's not about them, it's Satan's ploy to create a gap, but "shim" came too late.

If you feel they are not doctrinally sound or balanced, then do unto them like what Aquila & Priscilia did to Apollos by taking them in to show them the gaps prayerfully, so they don't feel attacked.

Calling other pastors and forming cliques against these young ones is very unfair because you grew too and you made your own mistakes when there was no WhatsApp & Instagram so calm down.

The older ones only like to share about their successes but will never share about their struggles too in their growing days so the younger ones could be inspired or learn from their growth, ooh, I forgot, they had non.😒

There's a generation that you'll never be able to reach but these younger ones can reach them cuz they understand the language of that generation, and we all know that language can be a barrier sometimes.

If you like organise Jean services & tag your program Gen Next, e no go work...you don't get it, do you?
You just end up looking like a clown before these young ones and you'll keep on loosing them.

If each time you think of the next generation, it's meat pie & popcorn 🍿 service that comes to mind then you have missed them completely cuz you think they are just excited people who lack depths, but that's not true.

If these young ones are trained properly they process very fast and have strenght to prevail in the practice of the things of the Spirit.

So if you have interest for the next generation, you're gonna have to learn how to come down from your high horse and provide some sort of mentorship and guidance for the younger ministers.

Give them access without tithes or seeds, sit with them and share, not just your achievements but your pain too and even your struggles and how you grew, hold back nothing, let them know to the level you sense they can handle, step by step.

Ask them to see you once a month and sit with them to do a course correction if you feel they are going off, make them trust you enough to talk to you without it reflecting in your next sermon of this generation of pastors (shey you had no other message abi?).

Dear young pastor if you are reading this, I have so much to write to you in my next write, but for now I just want you to know that so much depends on what you do with your calling, give it your all and hold back nothing, don't let anything put you under pressure so you don't grow out of shape, avoid deep dimensions and stay with the simplicity that is in Christ.

Avoid making statements with a level of absolutism cuz you just came sir/ma, give things time, alot of time so you don't say one thing today and cancel it a few years from now, stay learning, unlearning & relearning.

Please I repeat, if you know a young pastor or meet any, please continue to pray and encourage them the much you can, the weight of the next generation lies on their shoulders.

If you're young and you are getting mixed signals of a call, not because you can quote scriptures or lead prayers oo, but you sense a call and you don't know what to do, please take out some time to pray and fast and don't be in a hurry, pray - fast, repeat that again, there's safety and clarity in the place of prayers for you, then trust God for the direction He gives you even as you speak with your pastor, trust God.

Again, you'll read all of this and think I have sense🤣🤣🤣

"The Lost Ancient City Of Heracleion"

Heracleion, better known by its original and Egyptian name Thonis and sometimes called Thonis-Heracleion, was an ancient Egyptian port city located near the Canopic Mouth of the Nile.

The Lost ancient city was exhumed from the depths of the ocean. Appearing in a few rare inscriptions and ancient texts, the city of Thonis-Heracleion was hidden away for thousands of years, submerged deep under the sea. After searching for years by screening the vast area of the Abu Qir Bay off the coast of Egypt, French archaeologist Franck Goddio and his team de él saw a colossal face emerge from the watery shadows. Goddio had finally encountered Thonis-Heracleion, completely submerged 6.5 kilometers off Alexandria’s coast. Among the underwater ruins were 64 ships, 700 anchors, a treasure trove of gold coins, statues standing at 16 feet, and most notably the remains of a massive temple to the god Amun-Gereb, and the tiny sarcophagi for the animals that were brought there as offerings. The ruins and artifacts made from granite and diorite are remarkably preserved, and give a glimpse into what was, thousands years ago, one of the great port cities of the world. The harbor of Thonis-Heracleion (the Egyptian and Greek names of the city) controlled all the trade into Egypt.
