What have I achieved in 2025 so farā¦
Well itās nothing big, but for long term benefits theyāre massive improvements and each of them are a small step in getting to where I want to be. If you know me youāll now that I speak a lot about the great leap of faith and how detrimental it can be. Often taking baby steps can work more in your favour in terms of getting you somewhere quickerā¦ So here it goes.
Hereās a polished and more concise version:
ā
Iāve been eating better, focusing on balanced meals and understanding how my food choices benefit me. By adding more fresh vegetables and high-quality ingredients, my energy has increased, my mind feels sharper, and I can manage my emotions more effectively.
ā
Iāve been managing my anxiety by and using healthier coping mechanisms like reading, cooking, and walking, which keeps me grounded and balanced.
ā
Iāve slowed down, even with tasks Iād rather avoid, which has helped me stay present and pay better attention to detail.
ā
Iāve set clear boundaries that support my growth and stayed committed to them, without letting external factors disrupt my progress.
ā
Iāve spent more quality time with John, taking the time to ride and tackle small jobs together instead of rushing to settle in front of the TV.
ā
Iāve stuck to consistent wake and sleep times, allowing my body to rest and recover fully, rather than pushing myself to burnout.
Before you take on a goal, think about the small things you could be doing to lay the foundations out to allow the journey to be much more enjoyable ! ā¤ļø
