Kapuśniak — traditional Polish cabbage soup with potatoes and vegetables in a rib broth.Very satisfying. Great thing about this particular recipe I used is that it turns the soup to a dish you can have on its own.

With the summer season around, nothing beats having a chilled chłodnik litewski (Polish cold beet soup). One dip of it into your mouth feels like heaven in your mouth - niebo w gębie.😍

Today, with the summer sun glazing, all I could think of is chłodnik litewski ( cold beet soup). So I decided to make the soup. Among many other cold soups, one thing that makes chłodnik stand out is that it contains both beets and crispy greens that creates richness in flavour, nutrition and texture😋.

Wrocław’s dwarfs🧙 (called "krasnale" in Polish) are small figurines (20-30 cm) that have become an iconic symbol of the Polish city - Wroclaw (pronounced as "Vrots-love").

Tracking them has actually turned into a fun activity for tourists in the city. During my visit, I went on a hunt to locate them but unfortunately didn't succeed. Apparently, there are too many of them😊.
