In order to cover up the crimes of genocide in East Turkistan,
China organizes pilgrimages for foreign tourists and Chinese to specific locations in East Turkistan.
These organized tours have become known internationally as "genocide tourism."
Massacre tourism in East Turkistan reached its peak in 2024.
The number of visits reached 300 million, an increase of 14% compared to the same period last year.
Expenditures of tourists in East Turkistan reached 50 billion dollars.
Through tourism planning to attract tourists, realize China's goals:
On the one hand, you get a lot of income, and on the other hand, you try to embellish the crimes of genocide.
It seeks to present a false image of the supposedly stable and prosperous life of the Uyghurs in East Turkistan
A new report revealed China's crimes
A human rights monitoring organization issued a new report on February 3rd.
Revealing with evidence China's crimes in East Turkistan.
In addition to violating the Uyghurs' right to travel abroad,
China imposed restrictions on freedom of expression and movement, and punished those who communicated with the outside world.
It also forced Uyghurs to provide information about their relatives abroad.
The few Uyghurs who were allowed to travel abroad under sponsorship were compelled to report to China about all their activities during their trip.
China is currently attempting to organize planned visits for foreign tourists in East Turkistan, in an effort to create an impression that ethnic genocide did not occur in East Turkistan.

Chinese Occupation's Brutal Crime - "Ghulja Massacre of February 5"
In the early 1990s, due to religious and national awakening in the Ghulja region of East Turkistan, the "Eli Meshreb" was revived to counter China's attempts to habituate Uyghur youth to drugs.
However, China did not stop at banning Meshreb activities. Instead, they arrested women who were reading the Quran on the night of February 4, 1997. Some of them were martyred in prison due to severe beatings by Chinese police.
As a result, approximately 700-800 Uyghur youth peacefully demonstrated in front of the government building on February 5. However, Chinese armed forces killed the protesters either by shooting them or by spraying them with water to freeze to death.
Many protesters were arrested, and people took to the streets on February 6 demanding the release of the detainees. China killed more than 400 additional young people, staining the streets of Ghulja with blood during these two days.
After the massacre, around 5,000 Uyghurs were arrested in Ghulja and 20,000 across East Turkustan. According to surviving witnesses, 80% of the Ghulja protest participants were killed.
Meshreb (in Uyghur: مەشرەپ) is an important traditional social and cultural gathering in Uyghur culture. It consists of regular meetings where people, especially youth, gather to practice cultural, educational, and social activities.
China also forced the Uyghurs to celebrate the Chinese New Year this year As part of its policy of terror and assimilation this year during the Chinese Spring Festival, China forced the people of East Turkistan to celebrate the Chinese New Year. China organized celebrations across East Turkistan, forced the Uyghurs to wear traditional Chinese clothing, and forced them to perform various Chinese dances, such as the dragon dance. While China has been restricting the Uyghurs from celebrating their religious and national holidays for years, it is enforcing the celebration of Chinese holidays through various means. It also monitors the Uyghurs through the so-called “double relatives” policy, monitoring whether they celebrate Chinese holidays at home or not.

The videos show how the Chinese regime closes Uyghur wells under the pretext that they are "illegal," while ignoring the illegal wells dug by Chinese settlers.
Many Uyghur farmers used to solve their problems by irrigating their lands from wells, and currently, the Chinese regime is forcibly closing the wells that the Uyghurs dug themselves.
As a result, many agricultural lands belonging to Uyghur farmers were left without water.
Behind China's discriminatory practices against the Uyghurs lie malicious intentions; among their goals is making Uyghurs dependent on the Chinese by destroying them economically.
These clips reveal that China's propaganda claiming "Uyghurs enjoy all their rights and live in peace and security" is nothing but deception of the international community.

"Concerns continue regarding the fate of 48 Uyghurs detained in Thailand. Despite the Thai government's announcement, under pressure from the international community that there are no plans to return the Uyghurs to China, it is indicated that these Uyghurs still face the risk of deportation.
The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) - an international organization comprising 250 parliamentarians from 40 countries - has issued a statement on this matter, confirming that the deportation of Uyghurs to China by the Thai government would constitute a violation of international law and emphasized the necessity of transferring these Uyghurs to a safe third country.
Calls and appeals continue to save the 48 Uyghurs currently detained in Thailand.
