"Be where your feet are". A great quote my yoga instructor had posted in her studio, which after breaking my foot twice during pandemic days, was wise to keep in mind at all times. I also like to pay attention to details and changes along the road on my walks and take in from all the senses whatever special goodies nature has on tap for me on the daily walks. Captured a few of these beauties and the berries were welcoming on a hot day. Walk some, eat some! 😁 What is one thing that you would like to spend more of your attention on?

Witnessing the beauty, the energy and the views was an experience to remember. Still unpacking in literally every way since this past weekend. Transformational work with the other women on the retreat before and around this hike was life altering. Commanding from a higher vibration, new perspective and unshakeable clarity. Priceless❤❤❤
