We gather here today as individuals, but I urge you to remember that our collective success is far greater than our individual achievements. Yet, I've noticed a disturbing trend in our industry - ego and jealousy are tearing us apart.
We're so focused on outdoing each other, on being the best, on getting the most credits, that we've forgotten the true power of collaboration. We've forgotten that when we work together, we create something truly remarkable.
Ego tells us that we must be the solo hero, that our way is the only way. But I say to you, there is no solo hero in our industry. We are all interdependent, and our successes are intertwined.
Jealousy whispers to us that someone else's success is a threat to our own. But I say to you, there is enough room for all of us to thrive. When one of us wins, we all win.
So I urge you, let us unite. Let us put aside our egos and our jealousies. Let us work together to create something truly amazing.
Let us celebrate each other's successes, and support each other through failures. Let us share our knowledge, our resources, and our networks.
Together, we can achieve greatness. Together, we can create a industry that is built on mutual respect, trust, and admiration.
So let us make a pact, here and now, to put unity above ego, to put collaboration above competition. Let us rise above our petty differences, and let us create a brighter future for ourselves, and for our industry."
