NEWS: THE ANDERSON ART AWARD

We are proud to unveil the inaugural Anderson Art Award, an exciting and new art competition created in honour of Rob and Lee Anderson.

The Andersons’ contribution to the Arts in our region is immense, and our not-for-profit art group, Galleries in the Gardens, Inc., would not have The Gallery display space without their generosity and patronage.

The Award is open to all artists, and offers a prize pool of $7,000 across two categories:

1. Two-dimensional (2D) work (paintings, prints, photographs etc.) – First Prize $3,000, Highly Commended $500.

2. Three-dimensional (3D) work (sculptures, ceramics, wood, glass, metal etc.) - First Prize $3,000, Highly Commended $500.
