How To Make

Ingredients
For Spicy Potatoes
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Green chili 1
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as taste
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Boiled baby potato 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
For Creamy Salad
Cucumber 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Assembling
Tacos 6-7
Grated cheese 2 tbsp

Method
For Spicy Potato
In a kadai heat the oil.
Now add mustard seeds, green chili, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, and fry it for 1 minute.
Add boiled baby potato and add salt, chaat masala to it.
Now fry it for 4-5 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
For Creamy Salad
In a bowl add cucumber, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and mix it well.
Assembling
Take the taco and fill a tablespoon of creamy salad then add spicy potato filling in the tacos.
Spread grated cheese on top and serve.

Ingredients
For Cajun Spice
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 ts
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
For Crispy Potatoes
Boiled baby potatoes 12-15
Corn flour 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Oil for deep frying
Other Ingredients
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Coriander (finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Method
In a bowl add corn flour, all-purpose flour, mixed herbs, black pepper, and salt.
Now add water to a bowl and mix well forming a smooth lump-free batter.
Now press the potatoes with your palm and flatten them.
Dip the potatoes into slurry coating uniformly.
Shallow fry the potatoes on medium flame.
Fry both sides until the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp.
Now take a bowl to add mayonnaise, black pepper, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, mixed herbs, paprika, and salt.
Mix well forming a smooth paste.
Add milk to the sauce to give smooth flowing consistency to the sauce.
Now in plate serve the fried potatoes leaving some gap in between.
Pour a generous amount of cajun sauce over it.
Lastly garnish it with onion, cilantro, and paprika powder.
Cajun potatoes are ready to enjoy.

How To Make

Ingredients
For Batter
Refined flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar ¾ cup
Condensed milk 3 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
For Filling
Hazelnut Chocolate Spread 2 tbsp

Method
In a bowl add refined flour, powdered sugar, condensed milk, baking powder, honey, vanilla essence, milk, butter and mix well and make a batter.
Now heat a non-stick pan and a ladle full of the batter and cook it until golden brown then flips it onto the other side and cook that as well.
Repeat this process with the rest of the batter. And let them cool down a little.
Then take on the cake and spread the hazelnut chocolate spread on it then place another cake on it and press a little.
Serving immediately and enjoy it.

Method
In a serving plate place the papdi now put chopped boiled potato, onion, tomato, green chili and sprinkle chat masala on top.
Now spread curd , green chutney and tamring chutney on the papdi.
Sprinkle sev, pomegranate, corinader leaves on top.

Pomegranate 1/4 cup
Masala chana dal 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Salt as taste
Curd 4 tbsp
Tamarind chutney 5 tbsp
Green chutney 4 tbsp
Sev 4 tbsp
Taco shell 5-6

Method
Take a large mixing bowl add chopped boiled potato, onion, tomato, boiled corns, green chilli , pomegranate, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, masala chana dal.
Add 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney and green chutney in it and mix well.
Now add lemon juice and mix well. Keep it aside
Take the taco shell and fill the filling in the tacos.
Now spread curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney on top of it.
Garnish it with sev, some pomegrantes and corinader leaves.

Mooli (radish) (grated) 1
Beetroot (grated) 1

Sev 1/2 cup
Pomegranate 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method
Take the potato and cut into 4 parts.
Now deep fry the potatoes till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
In a plate put 3-4 potato pieces, add crushed papdi in it.
Now add imli chutney, curd and green chutney.
Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala on the tiiki.
Lastly garnish it with beetroot, radish, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.

Imli Chutney
Gur (jaggery) 1 cup
Imli pulp 2 cup
Soth powder 2 tbsp
Aloo Tikki
Boiled potato 5-6
Soaked poha 3/4 cup
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Salt as taste
Oil for deep frying
Assembling
Curd 5 tbsp
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Imli chutney 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Black salt as taste
Mooli (radish) (grated) 1
Beetroot (grated) 1
Onion (chopped) 1
Sev 1/2 cup
Pomegranate 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method
Imli Chutney
In a kadai add chopped jaggery and add 3-4 tbsp of water and let it melt completely.
Now add imli pulp and simmer it for 8-10 minutes.
Lastly add soth powder and bring it to a boil.
For Tikki
In a large mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, soaked poha, cornflour and salt.
Mix it well and make a small tikki from the potato mixture.
Now heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the tikki, when tikki becomes golden brown take out in the kitchen towel.
Now press the tikki with the help of spoon and deep fry the tikki again and fry till it becomes crisp.
Assembling
Now in a plate take 2 tikki and spread some imli chutney, curd, and green chutney on top.
Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala on the tiiki.
Lastly garnish it with beetroot, radish, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.

Schezwan Cheese Corn Sandwich

How To Make

Ingredients
For Filling
Onion 1
Capsicum 1(small)
Sweet Corn 1 cup
Salt as taste
Schezwan sauce 1/2 cup
Processed cheese 1 cup
Assembling
Bread slices 6 slices
Butter 3 tbsp
Green chutney 2 tbsp

Method
In a mixing add all veggies, schezwan sauce, cheese and salt, mix well and keep aside for later use.
Spread a layer of butter and green chutney on the bread slice.
Now spread spoonful of filling on the bread slice and close it with another slice with a layer of butter.
Spread butter on top.
Now grill in the toaster or pan from both the sides by applying butter until crisp and golden brown.
Your schezwan cheese corn sandwich is ready to be served, cut into triangles or squares and serve it with ketchup or any dip or chutney of your choice.

How To Make

Ingredients

For Peri-Peri Mix

Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Powdered sugar 1 tsp

For Filling

Paneer 200gm
Tomato (chopped) 1/4 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Sweet corn 1/4 cup
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Processed cheese 1/2 cup
Peri-peri mix 4 tbsp

Assembling

Bread slices 8
Butter 4 tbsp
Method
Mix all the spices for the peri-peri mix, it can be stored in a jar and keep it in a cool and dry place.
In a mixing bowl, add paneer, all the veggies, salt, and peri-peri mix and combine all the ingredients.
Now add grated cheese to the mixture and mix it well.
On the bread, slice spread the layer of butter.
Add a spoonful of veggies filling or as much you wish to add on a slice.
Now take the other slice of bread and spread a layer of butter on both sides and close it.
Grease the grill with butter and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until it becomes crisp or golden brown.
Peri-peri sandwich is ready to serve, cut them into triangles and serve it with ketchup or any dip of your choice.

Mumbai Street Style Sandwich

How To Make

Ingredients
Bread Slices 4
Butter as required
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Beetroot 1
Boiled potato 1
Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
Green chutney 1 tsp
Cheese (grated) 1/4 cup
Sev 1/4 cup

Method
1.Take the bread slice apply butter and green chutney on it.
2.Now put sliced boiled potato sprinkle chat masala on it.
3.Add onion rings, beetroot, tomato slices, capsicum slices and sprinkle chaat masala.
4.Apply butter on the other bread slice and cover it.
5.In a preheated grill pan. Grease it with some butter and place the sandwiches.
6.Toast the sandwiches from both sides till crisp and golden.
7.Remove from the grill pan and drizzle grated cheese, sev on top of the sandwiches.
8.Cut into halves and Serve with tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.

How To Make

Ingredients
For Filing
Oil 1 tbsp
Paneer 200gm
Onion 1
Capsicum 1(small)
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Maggi masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Salt as taste
Assembling
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Kulcha 4

Method
In a pan heat the oil.
Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till it gets translucent.
Now add capsicum and cook it till it gets soft.
Now add tomatoes and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, maggi masala and mix well.
Add paneer cubes in the mixture and mix it well.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and fry it for 2-3 minutes and keep it aside.
Now take the kulcha spread a layer of mayonnaise and green chutney on the kulcha.
Spread 2 tbsp of paneer filling and spread evenly.
Now take other kulcha and spread a layer of mayonnaise and cover the other kulcha with that.
On the top spread a layer of butter of the kulcha and flip it and put on the grill and apply butter on the top.
Grill it for 4-5 minutes or until becomes crisp and golden brown.
Now cut them into half and serve it with chutney or ketchup.

Other Ingredients
Bread Slices 4
Butter as required
Capsicum 1

Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
Cheese (grated) 1/4 cup

Method
For Potato Masala
1.Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chili, and let it splutter.
2.Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it well.
3.Add boiled peas and boiled potato. Mix it well
4.Lastly, season it with salt and mix well.
5.Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Once it's done transfer it into a bowl.
For Green Chutney
1.In a grinder add ginger, green chili, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and water as required to make a smooth paste.
2.Transfer it into a bowl add salt and mix it well.
Assembling
1.Spread butter evenly on the bread slices. Now spread the coriander chutney.
2.Spread the potato masala filling on the bread slices.
3.Place the cheese slice on top.
4.Place the slices of onion, tomato, capsicum, beetroot.
5.Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala, and salt to taste.
6.Apply butter on the other bread slice and cover it.
7.In a preheated grill pan. Grease it with some butter and place the sandwiches.
8.Toast the sandwiches from both sides till crisp and golden.
9.Remove from the grill pan and drizzle grated cheese, sev on top of the sandwiches.
10.Cut into halves and Serve with tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.
