Ingredients
For Spicy Potatoes
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Green chili 1
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as taste
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Boiled baby potato 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
For Creamy Salad
Cucumber 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Assembling
Tacos 6-7
Grated cheese 2 tbsp
Method
For Spicy Potato
In a kadai heat the oil.
Now add mustard seeds, green chili, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, and fry it for 1 minute.
Add boiled baby potato and add salt, chaat masala to it.
Now fry it for 4-5 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
For Creamy Salad
In a bowl add cucumber, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and mix it well.
Assembling
Take the taco and fill a tablespoon of creamy salad then add spicy potato filling in the tacos.
Spread grated cheese on top and serve.

For Crispy Potatoes
Boiled baby potatoes 12-15
Corn flour 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Oil for deep frying
Other Ingredients
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Coriander (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Method
In a bowl add corn flour, all-purpose flour, mixed herbs, black pepper, and salt.
Now add water to a bowl and mix well forming a smooth lump-free batter.
Now press the potatoes with your palm and flatten them.
Dip the potatoes into slurry coating uniformly.
Shallow fry the potatoes on medium flame.
Fry both sides until the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp.
Now take a bowl to add mayonnaise, black pepper, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, mixed herbs, paprika, and salt.
Mix well forming a smooth paste.
Add milk to the sauce to give smooth flowing consistency to the sauce.
Now in plate serve the fried potatoes leaving some gap in between.
Pour a generous amount of cajun sauce over it.
Lastly garnish it with onion, cilantro, and paprika powder.
Cajun potatoes are ready to enjoy.

Method
Take a large mixing bowl add chopped boiled potato, onion, tomato, boiled corns, green chilli , pomegranate, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, masala chana dal.
Add 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney and green chutney in it and mix well.
Now add lemon juice and mix well. Keep it aside
Take the taco shell and fill the filling in the tacos.
Now spread curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney on top of it.
Garnish it with sev, some pomegrantes and corinader leaves.

Take the potato and cut into 4 parts.
Now deep fry the potatoes till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
In a plate put 3-4 potato pieces, add crushed papdi in it.

Lastly garnish it with beetroot, radish, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.

Method
Imli Chutney
In a kadai add chopped jaggery and add 3-4 tbsp of water and let it melt completely.
Now add imli pulp and simmer it for 8-10 minutes.
Lastly add soth powder and bring it to a boil.
For Tikki
In a large mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, soaked poha, cornflour and salt.
Mix it well and make a small tikki from the potato mixture.
Now heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the tikki, when tikki becomes golden brown take out in the kitchen towel.
Now press the tikki with the help of spoon and deep fry the tikki again and fry till it becomes crisp.
Assembling
Now in a plate take 2 tikki and spread some imli chutney, curd, and green chutney on top.
Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala on the tiiki.
Lastly garnish it with beetroot, radish, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.

In a mixing bowl, add paneer, all the veggies, salt, and peri-peri mix and combine all the ingredients.
Now add grated cheese to the mixture and mix it well.
On the bread, slice spread the layer of butter.
Add a spoonful of veggies filling or as much you wish to add on a slice.
Now take the other slice of bread and spread a layer of butter on both sides and close it.
Grease the grill with butter and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until it becomes crisp or golden brown.
Peri-peri sandwich is ready to serve, cut them into triangles and serve it with ketchup or any dip of your choice.

Method
1.Take the bread slice apply butter and green chutney on it.
2.Now put sliced boiled potato sprinkle chat masala on it.
3.Add onion rings, beetroot, tomato slices, capsicum slices and sprinkle chaat masala.
4.Apply butter on the other bread slice and cover it.
5.In a preheated grill pan. Grease it with some butter and place the sandwiches.
6.Toast the sandwiches from both sides till crisp and golden.
7.Remove from the grill pan and drizzle grated cheese, sev on top of the sandwiches.
8.Cut into halves and Serve with tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.
