Gill ventured down to the cold waters off southern Australia over winter in the search for a giant southern blue fin tuna. Fishing was tough with lots off boats and minimal fish being seen and even less caught. With water temperature off 13-16deg C Gill was happy to have a 5mm wetsuit from and to keep warm in on those long days in the boat looking for tuna. Who can guess the weight off this tuna.

When Upgrading our older 4 stroke motor there were so many decisions, we decided on the Mercury 225hp V6 for our 6m Haines Hunter. ✨ Along with added: ✅reliability ✅refined performance ✅quieter ✅smoother ✅ease off operation We also dropped our fuel consumption by 35% 😃💲✅ We used to have to travel between 22 and 25 knots to save on fuel. We are now not only getting there using less fuel but we can also travel faster usually around 30knots. Meaning more time for fishing and diving. 🎣⚓️🤿 #mercurymarine
