ATTENTION ALL DRANGONLINGS, FOLLOWERS, SUPPORTERS, VIEWERS, AND RANDOS (just as important as everyone else)!!!
I'm trying to put together a team. Not for gaming (yet, but soon), but a team to help me manage all my s**t like this page, the group page (join if you haven't yet), making clips when I stream, advertising, etc. Every roll is just as important as another!
I have multiple rolls available and multiple openings for each roll. Each roll is volunteer based (for now) but you will be required to do your part to help build the company, stream, and community so, possibly in the future, I can make the money to be able to pay you. There are perks for these rolls, as well (perks are disclosed when offered a roll)!
Although the rolls are volunteer based, I do require everyone wanting to be part of this great company to go through the interview process so I can put the right people in the right positions. If you would like to be a part of the Rize of Dragonz, please message me with the roll you would like and I will ask you some questions pertaining to each roll. You can apply for as many rolls as you want! We will pick the ONE best suited for you (only one roll per person so no one feels overwhelmed)! If you do not make the cut, I do apologize, but please don't be discouraged! Please stick around and support the company and be a member. Other rolls may open up that you would be perfect for as well. I'm starting with the basics first, then the more advanced rolls will open up. If you have already been assigned a roll and would like to switch rolls (especially when newer rolls open) please don't hesitate to let me know and we can discuss it.
Volunteer based means you are given up some of your time without being paid for it. Technically that is what it is, however I like to look at it as you are getting paid in experience, new friends/family, fun times, and so much more!!! And don't worry!!! Every member of the DragonzFireGaming behind-the-scenes team (rolls that are available right now) will have their own special streams, giveaways, contests, etc as a way for me to give back to y'all for doing so much for me!!!
Each roll and description is listed below. Please take the time to read each one. Experience is NOT required, however it is preferred. Some rolls require more time, energy, effort, patience, etc. Please be sure to put that into consideration before applying for a roll. If you don't have time for a certain roll, please do not apply for it or accept the roll as it will put more strain on the rest of the team.
Rolls:
Mods/Admins:
Mods/Admins are needed to participate and regulate the stream chat, create clips for advertisement, boot bots, and more. Mods/Admins are the most demanding rolls. One of the biggest responsibilities of the Mods/Admins is to help ANYONE who needs it. If you become a Mod/Admin, you may be asked to cover a certain roll when needed. Mods/Admins need to be able to multi-task while watching the stream because there will be a lot going on, meaning they need to be able to watch the stream and make clips of sick kills, goals, moves, wins, etc while watching the chat for bots, arguments, fights, and anything else that causes problems, as well as sharing these things to social media, personal AND company pages. To be considered for a Mod/Admin roll, not only will I have to do a thorough interview, but I will also have to talk to my current Mods/Admins and make sure they feel the same way as I do about it. Being a Mod/Admin is a HUGE responsibility, so it is a HUGE decision to make. Trust is not given, but earned! EVERYONE who applies for this roll has to prove to me they are deserving of the title, trustworthy, and are really here to be a part of something big and help us grow! There will be a probationary period for this position. Details of probationary period will be disclosed if offered this roll! Mods/Admins who are already in place need to continue to be trustworthy and doing their part (obviously), but are exempt from said probationary period as we have already been through everything together and you're still here (for some strange reason, lol)
Advertisement:
Share the page, group, clips, giveaways, stream, etc every chance you get! Share to your personal pages (Facebook, Insta, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, etc). Advertising brings in viewers and potential Dragonlingz, sponsors, volunteers, etc. Use creative words, images, videos, etc in your advertisements to draw in the crowd! The people perfect for this position are energetic, friendly, has multiple social media platforms, can keep in contact with CEO RaginDragonz and mods/admins to get clips, random videos and pics, can create/edit videos/collages with sounds and special effects, and wants to see the company grow and become successful! Just sharing links isn't going to work! We need creativity in advertisement! To apply, message me a video or picture of something youve advertised and I will interview you! If you do not have any experience, still apply! You never know, you could have a hidden talent for it!
Hype Crew:
Members of the Hype Crew are a special breed of people! They are the ones who keep the chat entertaining. Since I'm focused on the game I'm playing most of the time and don't always see people's chat right away, it's the Hype Crews responsibility to try to keep the viewers chatting until I can look at the chat. This way, viewers (especially new viewers since they are unaware of how I operate) don't feel like they have been ignored. We don't want a dead chat and if people leave because they feel ignored, then they might tell other people not to come in and the more people telling others not to come in, the faster the chat will die and our company will fade. So my Hype Crew need to be on top of it!!! I don't even care if it makes sense, just keep the chat alive!!! Eve. If it's the very beginning and no one is in the stream yet, HYPE THAT CHAT UP!!! Show people that not only is the gaming fire, but the chat is bumpin too!!! That invites more people to talk, and the more people talk, the more the stream activity goes up which invites more people in, which, in turn, could lead to more bits, or even sponsorship opportunities!!! To apply, message me a video of you hyping someone or something up. It doesn't even have to be with other people around. I just want to see your Hype abilities and devotion!
Lead Artist/Artist:
It's no secret that a well built stream with overlays, emotes, and badges do better than a stream that has some or even none of these. I need someone who can draw. I don't Qantas app made emotes, banners, logos, etc. I want original!!! Brand new!!! Never seen before!!! This is a more advanced roll and the interview process will be slightly different. Creativity wins the day and we want to win a lot of days, lol! I need someone who can draw, paint, create NEW art! NO TRACING! One of the benefits of being an artist for DragonzFireGaming is you get credit for your work! I want credits like a movie on my stream, before the stream starts (with a starting soon message and timer, sideshow style with names of people and their rolls) and then at the end, I want credits that roll down in front of artwork (with signatures) with each roll separate and the names of the team in that roll! This way, as the stream grows, your name as an artist grows as well! We are in this together! For all my artists, there is a special perk you get, which will be disclosed to you if offered the roll. The Lead Artist will have their own very special perk! If you think you have what it takes to be considered for my LEAD ARTIST roll, please message me an ORIGINAL picture you drew of a DRAGON!!! If you would like to be considered for a regular artist roll, please message me ORIGINAL pictures you drew of anything you want. You may be asked to draw a small original picture of my choosing on a skype/zoom meeting as proof for either position as a test.
Special Stream Coordinator(s):
SSCs are responsible for communicating between CEO and Head Streamer RaginDragonz (me) and everyone else to make sure a special stream is ready at the scheduled time and goes smoothly. They need to be creative so they can come up with exciting contests, holiday stream ideas, and giveaway stream ideas! They need to keep track of people and how many points or entries they have if applicable. They need to make sure that people participating in the special streams are qualified to do so (have done what the requirements for said stream state). They need to make sure that everything is done fairly with no favoritism or cheating. Yes, this means they get to put me in check if they think I did something to cheat someone out of a prize or make sure one of my friends wins or anything of that nature or I mistakenly forget someone or add points they didn't earn or some s**t (I'm an honest person, but mistakes do get made). To apply, please message me with some pictures or videos or links or ANYTHING of some work you have done coordinating something like this or really anything you've coordinated. S**t, it could even be a child's birthday party. I'm not picky. I just want to see the creativity. If you have NEVER coordinated anything, still message me and we can discuss the roll or maybe some sub rolls to this roll. Coordinators need helpers too, lol.
Stream Manager:
This is not a typical "management" position. You won't be in charge of people or even the stream. I need someone who can change the stream information as I switch games, makes sure to shout out people who donate bitties, talk in the chat, and keep the chat healthy and friendly if the Mods/Admins miss something or aren't there. To apply for this roll, just message me!
As of right now, these are the rolls I have available. In the future, I will have other rolls (such as merchandiser, treasurer, etc), so if you don't see one that suits you now, you might find one later on. New rolls will be announced here and on stream. EVERY new recruit will be specially announced on the first stream after recruitment!
Keep in mind, these are ALL VOLUNTARY so no one actually gets paid money for this, unless the sponsors start sponsoring!!! Rolls can be given, and rolls can be taken away, so make sure you can handle the roll before applying! Any questions about any of these rolls, please don't hesitate to message me directly!
