Everyone has probably seen them around in the supermarket. The spinach ricotta tortellini or ravioli. Now im not gonna say that i don't like them, but its something i don't buy of haven't eaten often. Its not that i would dislike them however they just don't appeal to me. However with the spring here and all the nice green vegetables and fresh flavors, i thought well what if i do something similar....
