Avoiding a head-On Collisions 💥

Head-On Collisions are the most dangerous kind of Collisions. The majority of these Collisions could have been prevented using defensive driving techniques

Take a moment to read these tips on avoiding Collisions- they could save your life.

Reduce risk with safe Driving
Once you get into a Collision situation, the options are few and dangerous. But you can increase your chances of avoiding a collision by following a few safe driving tips

✅️ Only drive when you are alert and sober.
✅️Scan the road ahead for hazards.
Look as far as the next hill or curve, take note of road signs. This way, you will have more time to prepare for approaching hazards.
✅️Stay well centred in your lane, where oncoming traffic is less likely to stray,and where you can get to the shoulder or side of the road more quickly. On multi-lane roads, the left is the safest lane.
✅️Obey speed limits. You will have more time to react to a hazard, and should a collision occur,it will not be as damaging at a lower speed.

When a Vehicle veers into your lane for any reason, slow down right away. Be Prepared to stop or drive off the road

Remember that driving into a ditch is far less dangerous than driving into a head-On Collision.

When a Collision is about to Happen
Remember these principles in case you need to make split-second decisions to avoid a head-On Collision:

✅️Always drive to the left to get out of the way, since the of the other vehicle is likely to move back into his or her lane after recovering control.

✅️Maintain speed and keep two wheels on the pavement for stability. Only drive with all four wheels on the shoulder if absolutely necessary to avoid a collision

✅️If the choice is between a head-On and hitting a fixed object such as a tree or utility pole, it's always safer to hit the fixed object, which has no momentum of its own.

✅️If you must hit an object or oncoming vehicle, aim as far to the left as possible, where the collision forces are much less intense.

Take time to learn and practice defensive driving, and always wear your safety belt.

Advice to Young Wives

We now have a generation of women who have never known genuine love and affection from a man. They have been cheated upon, impregnated and abandoned, some of them even verbally or physically abused by men.

Because of this they are so bitter towards men and in their minds all men are beasts, they are incapable of loving or submitting to a man any more. This is the sad reality of the world we live in today.

However, as a young wife who seeks to build a happy home stay away from such women at all cost. Do not allow the misfortune of another woman to determine how you view or relate with your husband.

Such women are everywhere now, some of them are your friends, relatives, and sister’s sometimes even your own mother. They’ll use their bad experience to advice you against fully trusting or submitting to your husband and working together as a couple. If you are not careful they will make you start seeing a beast in your loving husband by using their experience to blow up every minor misunderstanding you have with your husband.

They will mock you for trusting and submitting to your husband, and call your happy home a fantasy claiming its just a matter of time before your husband changes. They are patiently waiting to hear you complain about your husband so that they tell you all men are the same. They undermine your happy moments calling it pretense coz in their minds happiness in marriage does not exist.

My sister I repeat, stay away from such women. They have mislead a number of young wives to destroy their homes through persistent nagging and mistrust of their husbands. Good husbands still exists and happy marriages are plenty do not allow the misfortune of another woman to blind you from this reality.
