🔵 Blue ones - "Tickets" : Tickets are your key to winning various contests in the app. Contest rewards change over time, so keep an eye on them. If you notice anything you like, submit as many credits as you want to have a chance to win a reward!

2️⃣ I’m coming from a whitelisted community, how do I claim my early access?

If your community has been whitelisted for BlockGames early access, visit http://blockgames.com/get-early-access and connect your wallet to roll your access code.

Once you have a code ready, visit BlockGames app and create a new account.

3️⃣ How to confirm if I’m accumulating Airdrop points?

Visit the vault and go to the Tokens tab to connect your wallet. Afterwards head to the Airdrop tab where you’ll see all current Pace points, Multipliers & Total weekly Airdrop points.

Have a Dice? Make sure to connect a wallet with Dices and check the eligibility.

4️⃣ How can I start receiving more Airdrop points?

Start activating games, claiming credits, participate in contests. App activity grants you Pace points, which are converted to Airdrop points on weekly basis.

Dice owners can also soft stake the Dice and maximize their airdrop points points multiplied by the highest Dice multiplier.

5️⃣ I didn’t receive Airdrop points this round. Why?

To receive Airdrop points, you need to login to your account and connect your wallet via our website. Ensure your wallet is properly connected to BlockGames and check the “Vault” section to see how many DICE are being staked this round.

6️⃣ Why do I see ‘ineligible Dice’ in my wallet?

This message appears if you’ve transferred, listed, sold or bought your dice this week. If you haven’t done any of these actions but still see the message, try reconnecting your wallet. If the problem persists, please submit a ticket through Zendesk.
