It's just confirmed to Sudanese Talk from the office of Riek Machar this Tuesday, that First Vice President, Dr. Riek Machar is planning to graduate the necessary unified forces before President Kiir return to Juba.

The closed officer to Machar told Sudanese Talk that his boss Dr. Riek Machar is claiming that the presence of President Kiir in the country is impeding the peace agreement and delaying the graduation of forces.

Dr. Riek Machar the in-charge of the Republic of South Sudan has came up with intentions of sacking NILEPET MD, Dr. Chol Deng Thon.

Dr. Riek has been declared as the president of South Sudan for the three days before Kiir returns.
"I want to change our constitutional post holds before my brother Kiir return", Machar said.

As South Sudan's President Kiir left to United Arab Emirates (UAE) for three-day working visit, so the First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar is now in charge of the country.

According to the SPLM/A-IO senior officers, saying that, by tomorrow, Dr. Riek Machar will starting issuing republican orders and decrees to balance the country before Kiir returns...

"Dr. Riek Machar is going to sack some Kiir's boys and appoint his boys", the SPLM/A-IO official has said.

The {Side Agreement} will allow both Agwelek Forces to stay in their contonments areas for the screening and the integration of their forces into SSPDF

All the Land, house and etc that belong to Shilluk but taken Dinka of Upper Nile will be given back to the rightful owner(s).

ABOUT THE SPLM/A IO KITGWANG LED BY 1st . Gen. SIMON GATWECH DUAL.

- 1st Lt. Gen. Simon Gatwech Dual signed the ceasefire and cessation of hostilities with the government of South Sudan, the ceasefire and cessation of hostilities includes Agwelek Forces led by Johnson Olony besides Agwelek deal with the government. Agwelek deal with the government was signed differently for the government of South Sudan and Johnson Olony to into Shilluk and Dinka Apadang uninterruptedly. {According to IO Kitgwang senior member}

- The Agreements that was signed by IO Kitgwang and Government is Cessation of hostilities that's includes

- An order to stop firing.
- Suspension of active hostilities;
- And a truce between the parties

- Our Journalists in the ground were denied access to the documents that were signed by Government of South Sudan and Io Kitgwang but they said that they will give the media a copy after awhile claiming that there few issues that needs fixing before they're sent off for Media.

- Simon Gatwech and Johnson Olony had a talk after the signing of the Cessation of hostilities but Journalists were denied access to the meeting and the agenda of the meeting were not shared with the Media or Journalists.

A former constitutional post-holder in Western Equatoria says he has fled Yambio Town after threats on his life allegedly by the state governor, an accusation denied by the governor’s office.

Makuku Sam who is also a member of SPLM-IO, was the Minister of Labor, Public Service and Human Resource Development.

He was removed from his position in a presidential decree last week following a disagreement between him and Alfred Karaba Futuyo over civil servants welfare.

Makuku had accused Governor Alfred Fuyuto for obstructing the payment of public sector employees of the defunct states and refusing to improve the wellbeing of the state constitutional post holders.

According to him, the governor has turned their official feud to issue intimidations against his life.

He spoke to Eye Radio from an unknown location in Western Equatoria State.

“In politics we have many enemies especially when you are competing with your boss so things are not easy over the feet,” Makuku said.

“One time I was taken from the house in Yambio at night to be interrogated by the Governor and it was with the help of the national government which caught attention.

“They intervened that night. If I was not paying my loyalty to him, I wouldn’t even accept going into his house at night because it is risky.”

When contacted by Eye Radio, the office of Governor Alfred Futuyo refuted the allegations.

Alex Daniel, the Press Secretary in the office of the Governor says no discussion has taken place at night.

“There was nothing like he was called at home at night and the issue was supposed to be discussed in the council of ministers where all the ministers are there,” Daniel told Eye Radio.

“They boycotted the council of ministers meeting because they think they have committed the crime and in which they cannot be able to defend themselves this is what we understand.

“There was nothing like personal threats between the governor and Hon. Makuku.”

Hon. Lt.Gen. Governor Alfred .F. Karaba has donated 20 motorcycles and 100 bicycles for paramount chiefs, women leaders and sub-chiefs in the ten counties.

The Governor of Western Equatoria State, Hon. Lt. Gen. Alfred Futuyo Karaba, has donated 20 motorcycles to all of the state's ten counties' paramount chiefs and heads of women, as well as 100 bicycles to sub-chiefs.

The gift will be given to the recipients on January 3, 2022, according to the governor.

On the other hand, the Hon. Governor of Western Equatoria State, Alfred, donated 5 million SSP to the Patrol team so that they could continue to serve during the Festival.

But it is not clear if the 5M SSP only meant for unified forces in Yambio or western equatoria state as whole. Amadi TV could not reach governor's office for comments.

Hon. Governor Alfred Futuyo has also donated one cow to Police, one to SSPDF, and one to Prison, for the forces to eat as his gift for Xmass to the forces and he also give cows to Parishes in Yambio such as St. Mary Yambio Parish, Naagori Parish, Timbiro Parish, Lutheran Church, and CEEC for the believers to enjoy their Christmas with it.

While giving Christmas Message, Hon. Governor Alfred Futuyo Has adviced the citizens of western equatoria state to avoid unnecessary Drinking and Over speeding with Motorcycle.

On the same occasion Hon. Governor has advised the people not To fight in the Family during Christmas he cited that the day means Peace and Love.

Legislative Assembly thrown out of Freedom Hall

Business of the Revitalised Transitional National Legislative Assembly has been interrupted by a Sudanese products exhibition that commenced at Freedom Hall yesterday afternoon.

The second Sudanese products exhibition in Juba has overshadowed and interrupted the parliament business at Freedom Hall due to inability of the authorities to pay for the hall in advance.

According to the organizers of sudanexpo Sudanese company for conferences and exhibitions, "they were the first to book Freedom Hall till Friday this week."

Yesterday, after the council of state meeting the speaker said they will hire a place for parliament business but not sure when and where.

The second Sudanese products exhibition was officially opened yesterday immediately after the end of parliament business.

Its organized under the theme "To strengthen economic ties between the two countries" supervised by south Sudan ministry of investment in coordination with chamber of commerce, industry & agriculture and business community sponsored by GIAD group for engineering industries.

Freedom hall, is the only space currently that hosts parliament, exhibitions, music shows, other Government businesses, weddings, community engagements and many more.

BREAKING NEWS:

South Sudanese governor of Central Equatoria State, Emmanuel Adil was detained yesterday by Kenyan Authorities at JKIA after he was found in possession of 300,000 USD, and 451,000 Kshs at the busiest airport. It is reported that the money has been confiscated when the Governor failed to produce documents supporting the source and purpose of the funds. The funds are most likely to have been looted from the state coffers and to be used to acquire illegal properties in Kenya.

Breaking News.

More than ten (10) Ministers in Western Equatoria State of People's Republic of Sudan have boycotted cabinet meeting after accusation made against them by Hon. Governor Alfred Futuyo over mismanagement of public funds, Governor revealed this allegation during the commemoration of HIV/AID in Yambio headquarter.

The Ministers responded that, this is "NOT" true, "even Civil Servants salaries more than 70 millions pounds were embezzled by Governor Futuyo" Ministers said.

Ministers also accused Futuyo for disrespected VP Abudelbage.
Last month VP Abudelbage paid visit to Western Equatoria to inspect a certain Clinic meanwhile he found market was constructing in a plot meant for certain School, he promptly stopped the construction.
Upon disappearing of VP Abudelbage, the Hon Governor has immediately ordered for resumption of the market construction. "In protocol Futuyo couldn't have power to insist with VP", said the Ministers.

Chairman of the SPLM IO FVP Dr. Riek Machar Teny considers the relieve of Hon. Elizabeth Achuei from National Ministry of Health.

FVP Dr. Riek Machar Teny have held a meeting with IO senior cadres during the launch of their political party secretariat office in Thongpiny suburb in Juba.

According to the meeting, Dr. Riek was ask to relieve the Minister of Health Hon. Elizabeth Achuei from the Ministry and appoint someone else who's competent and capable to address the arising issues in the Ministry.

Ministry of Health has not given any frame work on how to help people who have been displaced by flood and the rise of water born diseases.

Hon. Elizabeth Achuei has been accused of incompetency and lack of communication skills, she couldn't read and speak English or Arabic Language properly.

Hon. Elizabeth Achuei while addressing the Members of Parliament, she couldn't pronounce the word "Eradication" and she was not able to say "Right Honourable or Madam speaker".

Few months ago Hon. Elizabeth Achuei was invited in regional Meeting for all Ministers of Healthy in Rwanda, she told the organizers that she is not feeling well and because of that she delegated junior officer to represent her instead of the Deputy or Under-secretary of the Ministry.

As of today Dr. Riek Machar Teny will hold a meeting with the Hon. Elizabeth Achuei and other IO senior members to find the replacement for Hon. Elizabeth Achuei.

Elizabeth Achuei was seen repeating similar mistakes in several occasions including her Presentation day when she tried really hard to pronounce "Eradication".

All SPLM state ministers in South Sudan's Western Equatoria state have boycotted a cabinet meeting after accusing Governor Gen. Alfred Futuyo of uttering 'baseless' accusations against them over mismanagement of developmental funds.

JUBA – All SPLM state ministers in South Sudan’s Western Equatoria state have boycotted a cabinet meeting after accusing Governor Gen. Alfred Futuyo of uttering ‘baseless’ accusations against them over mismanagement of developmental funds.

Last week, Governor Futuyo allegedly accused some senior Western Equatoria state ministers of mismanaging public funds that were meant for development and said the senior government officials were not held to account despite informing authorities in Juba of the financial mismanagement.
