You never know what you miss until it’s gone.....
Missing human connection. The smile, the hello, the conversation, the hugs, and even my client chats.

Social media seems like a bunch of noise sometimes. The streets are quiet. It’s bizarre that the famous LA traffic is nonexistent. And the hibernation is connecting me to this whole new level of compassion and detachment of my ego.

The slow down of my work has given me this shake up on gratitude and definitely more time to study for my real estate license (). It’s also helping my relationship grow in a way that’s helping me heal my hurts and love more.💙

It IS all about perspective. Is the strengthening your gratitude and helping to let go of negativities? Are you getting fresh air? Are you taking a mental break of atleast 10 mins? And are you being kind to yourself during this time that we are all completely powerless over? Oh, And are you washing your hands regularly🤣🤣

It’s not the outside that controls your actions, it’s more how the outside can strengthen your reacts from the inside-out.

Stay healthy and safe. We will get over this hump.

I surrender to a power that is greater than me....

I never wanted to be one of those people who just existed and ran on autopilot. I’ve always believed in my existence being something I’ve created around things that make me feel naturally happy instead of feeling as if it’s ‘work’.

Im not talking about seeking some image for others to accept and approve of me and let my ego carry the fame. I’m literally talking about living out a genuine purpose that is fulfilling. And has meaning of service, abundance and infinite ways to give back.

My biggest challenge and self-healing transformation has been the letting go. It’s intense and powerful. And most people don’t want to do the work.
Stepping back and being insanely quiet has been what I’ve turned to. And like every thing, it requires the patience and dedication to commit to wanting to heal myself from any hurts or resentments.

I’m quite the optimist. Although I’m a realist that I often have to put my foot in my mouth so I don’t call someone else out on their 💩!!!! 🤐🦶🏻🙀 Or AKA go all Jersey on someone 🤣🤣🤣🤣

So yea IAM super super grateful. Daily affirmations and prayers of gratitude is a badass exercise, combined with a daily meditation practice. And like every thing, if you can’t surrender to the BS to take care of what you’re really experiencing then you may miss out on something quite rewarding and fulfilling. And I throw all my faith into that. 🙏🏻

I woke up this morning and I said, omg is this ‘transition’ over yet because I can’t take any more of this pain. And then literally I had to turn a prayer over to God. Not anything religious just something from the heart and how I’m feeling within this experience.

Let go so you can create space. And offer and open it up to God.

A plant is just a plant, it’s up to you to give it love so it can grow and flourish. 🌱🌲🌳🌵🌿🍃🌎♻️💚💛💙And each plant makes up...

A plant is just a plant, it’s up to you to give it love so it can grow and flourish. 🌱🌲🌳🌵🌿🍃🌎♻️💚💛💙

And each plant makes up the earth. The oxygen, the air, the CO2, the food, even all the products we use.
It’s effecting us! The amount of fires that have been occurring, being on the ‘prepare to evacuate list’, being 24/7 on the press conferences, and my doctor told me the air isn’t helping the allergies 😫.

I’m not an environmental activist, but I’m definitely a health activist. And I think that making conscious choices from the food we eat; , to the products we use, and the money that we may be throwing away to companies that aren’t giving a loving service to the environment. We all can do our part of service to giving back. 💙💚💛

Waiting on evacuations here in the Palisades. 🐶👜

Since I’m stuck due to road closures, I feel as if it’s also synchronistic to put out some personal fires. 🧘🏼‍♀️🔥💧

So if you’re struggling or scratching your head or the ‘road closers and detours’ haven’t opened up.
Here’s what could help you in your down personal times to create space to what could be blocking things.🚨

1. Meditate. 🧘🏼‍♀️
Studies show that a daily meditation practice is the healthiest bomb of overall successes and well being.

2. Create a vision board.🧩🖍
I live to be creative. My mom likes to tell me stories about me locking myself in my room as a little girl to read, color, puzzles, or do something artsy.

3. Yoga. Stretch. In home workout. 🧸
If you’re not effected by the fires or harmful smoke in the area. Take a walk outside. As long as it’s a disconnection from social media or personal/business calls.

4. Put the noise down. 🤫
Social media can sometimes be overwhelming so it’s okay to take a separation moment.

5. Gratitude journaling. 📝
Gratitude is magic. I started gratitude journaling several years ago. I find it helpful because it brings me back to a place of appreciation. That no matter what is going on, there’s always something to be thankful for.

6. Give things away !🛍
I love to go through my closest and get rid of things. I read once that when you get rid of clutter you create space in areas of your life that you may not realize is being blocked with junk and clutter.

7. Prepare a healthy meal. 🥗🧠
Eating unhealthy can create stagnation to the body especially if you’re not active.
Plus eating healthy is more than a physical thing, your organs literally depend on how they function based off what you feed it with!
