Every time I have to call Navien, Inc it's guaranteed over an hour wait just to get a tech support rep on the phone. Either hire more reps or deliver a more durable product 🙄

Boston 25 News i found this story to be quite misleading. While there may not be any direct "health" benefits to cleaning your ducts, there are many benefits to the longevity of your filters and your furnace and AC depending on the type of filter you use, the age and cleanliness of your home. If you have dirty ducts and forget to replace your filter, it can get sucked into the blower, allowing all of that "inert dust" to infiltrate your several thousand dollar home comfort system. Plus I find it very odd that a news outlet would encourage their readers to neglect their homes 🤷‍♂️ if the issue is with companies falsely advertising their services, then let that be the story

Wet nitrogen. It was determined that this tank wasn't properly prepared after hydro testing. The water then froze and shot ice chards through the diaphragm of the regulator that was being used.
