For the last three months I've been worried about the bond between my sons. Or rather, the lack there of.

Luke has literally given me the look of absolute disgust for just putting his hand on the baby. He just flat out refused to even acknowledge the baby. Not that I have really forced the issue. I figured it would happen eventually. I mean the baby is boring right now so I don't blame him for not being interested.

Although Luke's friends are super interested, so I do wonder sometimes why he wants nothing to do with his brother. Grant it, his friends are at least a year older, so maybe that's it.

Whatever the reason, it fills my heart with joy to see him sitting next to his brother. Willingly. Even if the moment was fleeting.

I'm really not sure what is going on here.

This is the kind of stuff no one tells you that you'll be dealing with. I mean we have two bathrooms one for my husband and I and one for the boys, yet he insists on playing in ours.

He's completely content, I walked away for a few minutes, nothing. Not a peep out of him. We all know no sound is never a good thing when you have a toddler in the house. Upon my return, absolute chaos has been released on the tub. Soap and shampoo and Epsom salt that had been left in a cup, tossed everywhere.

I take my seat on the toilet, hey it's rare that my son is so quietly content nowadays that yes, I will absolutely be letting him enjoy this time in the tub. However, I will be sitting here ensuring that this child does not eat the soap and shampoo and Epsom salt that was left in a cup.

Hey guys,. I know I have been quiet for so long, however my life has been crazy. I moved across country, I had another baby, and I've been trying to get into the swing of things.
I have started a website where I will be blogging for a while. I'm posting my previous episodes along with my journey of motherhood.
