They say hard work always pays off but what about those times when you just have TOO much to do? 😢 When your to-do list is a mile long and you just can’t do it all in one day… sometimes it seems impossible I know how it feels.

The 🔑 is to work smarter, not harder. Not to push yourself beyond your limits but work efficiently so you can still progress towards your goals without sacrificing your mental health! Because yes it IS possible.💖

Here are 5 tips to help you work smarter, not harder. Save this for future reference so you can come back when you need a reminder 🌸

🔐 Know what are your priority life areas
- This might be controversial but you have to define your priorities strictly–because if everything is important to you, then nothing is actually important.
- Define your 3️⃣ main priority life areas right now (such as family, health & work) and focus on those key tasks that will help support those areas.

🎯 Use the 80-20 rule
- The 80-20 rule says that 20% of what we do helps us create 80% of the results we want.
- Ask yourself: am I doing things that are helping me make the most progress towards my goals? Focus on doing those things to help you secure that 80% progress, the rest is a bonus

📝 Batch your tasks
- This one’s a huge timesaver! Group your tasks according to their nature & your productivity is going to skyrocket.
- Eg Do tasks like answering emails in a burst of 1h rather than a few minutes here and there throughout the day. Do writing tasks together, organizing tasks together etc. You’re more productive once you’re in the zone & there’s less switching gears between different tasks.

🛟 Delegate, get help & make use of resources
- Make use of all the help you can get, especially if you pool resources with someone else, then it’s a win-win situation!
- Eg Search up what others have done before you in the past, collaborate with your friends on notes, ask the people around you for support.

There is no shame in reaching out for support & what you need. Remember you’re not meant to be an island 🏝

Here I’m using the intentional planner to plan my projects for April in the 3rd slide, the timeline chart has been super useful! ✏️

Been away for a while and it feels so good to be back, I’ve missed you all 💖

The past few weeks have been looking like hastily scribbled to-do lists, lots of hours staring at screens, and brief moments of being able to slow down when I tear myself away from uni work to go out for a much needed walk.

A year ago I would have been so frustrated at myself for not being able to consistently show up and balance both my goals (both uni + working on TKG which I love).

But now I realize it’s okay to move through different seasons for your goals. 🌿

It’s okay to
☁️ Put your mental health and energy first
☁️ Prioritize what you need right now, mentally and physically
☁️ Press pause on something temporarily so you can tackle it again with better focus later⚡️

The more you fill up your cup and operate from a place of rest, the more energy you have to run this race long term.

It is a marathon not a sprint, so you’re allowed to take your time with it ☁️

Enjoy your journey just as much as you would enjoy reaching those goals, okay? 💖

That being said… I’m so excited to be back and can’t wait for new things coming soon 🙌🏻

The most inspiring photos by using the 2022 Intentional Planner in warm tones 💖 She is incredibly brave and strong, and she wrote about the goals she wanted to achieve this year!

"Making the planner life my new personality trait✨
I know the new year, new me is kinda cliché, but… my therapy urged it was about time for one lol 💅🏼 finally managing to plan my days (and sticking to it), bought a new bottle I really liked (gorgeous girls need to hydrate) and ye… finally made a preset I actually like 🤍🤍 so now I really want to embrace this new year, and come to terms that I can’t stress about stuff I can’t control (ish)… even got to work out every day ☁️✨ I’m proud 🤍 also bought a new cute “f**k cancer” bracelet from the cancer association 🤍 so now I’m doing my plany plan in my cozy clothes with my dying tulip (she still cute and therapeutic) and just taking it easy 🤍 maybe I’ll even take ig seriously this year ✨" -

Ronja, we are with you every step of the way 💖 Please give her your support and encouragement, she is amazing!

Hearing about your goals and how you're organizing your days is truly so inspiring. Remember you are capable of what you put your mind to, if you have a plan, the only thing standing between you and your dreams is time. 💫Please tag so I can share your photos (with your permission of course!) and let’s support one another in our journeys 💖

So you’ve got a new planner for 2022 - now what? 😅
Getting into the habit of planning & being organized takes a bit of practice ✏️ So if you’ve used a planner in the past and then fallen off track a few weeks later, it’s a common struggle for all of us!

So why be consistent in the first place?
Your planner is a tool to help you get clear on your tasks. Think of it as a filing system for your brain to track your life–your appointments, to-dos, goals etc. Being consistent with it helps prevent everything piling up, so you don’t feel overwhelmed as time goes on!

How to be more consistent with your planner 📝

1️⃣ Know your why 💭
- Why do you use your planner? Consider what having this tool means to YOU.
- Think about how you felt after planning your week or month–organized, productive? If you used it to get all your thoughts out after a bad day–less stressed or anxious?
- Remember that feeling. Use it as your motivation each time you open your planner!

2️⃣ Make planning a part of your routine 📝
- Consider where planning best fits into your routine
- Set aside a specific time for it! Tell yourself “I’m going to plan for 5 minutes after I make my coffee.” Or “I’m going to make a date with myself on Sunday evening to plan the next week.”

3️⃣ Use a simple process ♻️
- Have a go-to method to fall back on so it’s never too difficult to use your planner.
- For example: your weekly planning routine could look like writing in appointments ➡️ making a brain dump of to-dos ➡️ assigning each to-do to a date.

4️⃣ Ditch the perfectionism 💭
- Remember your planner is a tool to SERVE you, not stress you out.
- It doesn’t have to look perfect! What matters is how effective it is for you
- Keep it simple, that way it will be easy to stay consistent!

5️⃣ Keep it in sight 👀
- A key for any habit is just simply seeing a cue
- Keep your planner visible (open on your desk near you for example), to serve as a reminder!

💬 For how long have you been planning (digitally)?

Personally, It took me a while to get more consistent with planning roughly 5 years ago! But it has grown with me over time. The more you do it, the more you’ll find that it suits you 🌱

Wondering how exactly to set effective goals for 2022? 🎯

In today’s YouTube video I’m walking you through the entire goal setting process using the Roadmap section in the intentional planner. 📒 It’s a simple 3 part process that will help you:

☁️ Take stock of the past year and feel centred
☁️ Clarify a vision for your life
☁️ Know exactly what you’re working towards and WHY without feeling overwhelmed
☁️ Set goals that you feel aligned with
☁️ Get unstuck and finally do the things you always wanted to do

And everything is done in a way that puts your well-being first 💖 There is no rush to complete these goals, and you can track your progress at your own pace.

I’m so excited to share everything I’ve learnt about goal setting in the last few years condensed into one video. Come join me and plan our goals for 2022 (and if you’ve already set your goals, watch this video because there are some tips that will help you) 💫

If your goal this year is to finally stay consistent and have a solid routine, this is FOR YOU 👇🏻

Maybe you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed and frantic because of an inconsistent schedule–we all experience this now and then. Having a routine adds more stability to your life! Whether it’s an morning, evening, weekly routine or more 💖

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 📝

𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜! 👇🏻

1️⃣ Start off with the habits you already have
- Yep that's right, because essentially a routine is not necessarily to build new habits but to give you a sense of stability to your current ones! ⚖️
- Use habits that already work for you now. You don’t have to throw over all your existing habits because this can be unrealistic!
- E.g: If being a night owl is what works for you, you don’t have to completely switch over to a morning person. You can work towards having a consistent night routine first

2️⃣ Build new habits and attach them to your why 💭
- To make a routine stick, it has to have value and purpose to you
- What is YOUR reason for having a routine?
- This is your why to help you foster a feeling of purpose and motivation!

3️⃣ Connect your new habits to already existing ones 📝
- If you ever tried creating new habits from scratch, you probably know how difficult they can be to stick to in the long run
- The secret is habit-stacking! 🔑 Make your existing habit a cue for a new habit
- Eg after getting a glass of water in the morning, use it as a cue to take your vitamins

4️⃣ Create a high-, medium- and low-energy routine 🌱
- It’s totally natural to not feel your best every day, so your routines can’t be perfect every day either! 💖
- Your high energy morning routine might look be planning your day followed by going for a run, while your low-energy one is less intense!
- This helps you stay consistent without feeling the pressure to complete a full, seemingly perfect routine each day!

Remember in the end, kindness towards yourself is key 🤍

💬 What routine are you trying to build in 2022?

Well, 2022 is in 2 days but how about 2021? I think you know this feeling: you want to go into the new year all prepared but the last year feels like a blur so you don't really know where to start! 🤔
Reflecting on the past year is the foundation for building new habits and goals for the next year, so this post got you covered with all the Journaling prompts you need! 🌱

Save this so you can use it for Journaling till 2022! 👇🏻

Reflecting on 2021 💭

- What were highlights in the past year? How did I feel during those highlights?

- What challenges did you survive? How did you survive them? How did you grow through them?

- What were your main takeaways? How can you implement those next month?

- How would you summarize each month in one word? Why?

- How is it looking like with your long-and short-term goals? Did you achieve them? Why? / Why not?

- Who/what are you grateful for and how can you show kindness towards them?

- What skills and habits did you develop last year? What would your younger self from the beginning of the year tell you now?

Personally I've used the self check-in and Looking back pages of our new 2022 intentional Planner the most and they're perfectly suitable to reflect on such prompts!

💬 How would you describe your 2021 in emojis?
