👉Sen. Bill Nelson took office as the 14th administrator of NASA , after he was given the oath of office by Vice President Kamala Harris during a ceremony at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building in Washington. 👉In his new role at NASA, Nelson will lead the nation’s space program as it carries out critical missions, including landing the first woman and first person of color on the Moon with the Artemis program, expanding climate change research, fostering innovation and enhancing the U.S. economy and STEM workforce.
👉Professor Sanjeev Gupta is a scientist with NASA. This $ 3 billion Mars mission is being controlled by Professor Gupta from his rented one-bedroom apartment in London.
👉Professor Sanjeev Gupta was supposed to be in California at the mission control unit but, due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions, he could not be there on time.
👉When he found out that, he cannot make it to the mission control unit in California, Sanjeev Gupta decided to rent out a one-bedroom apartment above a hairdresser in Lewisham.

🔥Breaking its own records!
👉 The #MarsHelicopter team celebrated their 4th flight today.
👉Ingenuity rose 16 ft (5 m) above the surface before flying south ~436 ft (~133 m) and then back.
👉It was in the air for 117 seconds during its 872-ft
Congratulations to the entire @nasajpl team on this outstanding accomplishment!!🔥
👉The blades of glory, aka rotor blades of the #marshelicopter have been unlocked and are ready for testing🔥
👉Next, it will be a slow-speed spin-up of the blades for the first time on the Martian surface
👉Unlocking and testing Ingenuity's blades mark the last major milestones before the helicopter attempts to fly. NASA officials have said they will test the blades first at 50 and then at 2,400 revolutions per minute before the helicopter attempts to fly.
👉will begin its first test journey “no earlier” than 11 April, Nasa has said, and it hopes to conduct at least five flights before its month-long journey is over. After that it will be left on the surface, hopefully having successfully demonstrated the technology it was taken to #mars to test.
