Today was drop off day! 💙 Thanks to the support from this amazing community, we were able to provide nearly $1,800 in Avon Products to Miracle Hill Ministries at Shepard’s Gate.

Shepherd’s Gate is a safe emergency shelter for women and mothers with young children. It provides food, shelter, clothing and compassion for those experiencing homelessness. 🩵

We were able to provide items like shower gels, shampoo & conditioner, deodorant, lip balm, lotion, and even socks.

Touchpoints: what they are and why you should care

A touchpoint is any way a customer can interact with your business, whether it be in person, through a website, a social media platform, text or email communication.

How many touchpoints (contacts) do you think it takes for a customer to buy?
It is a basic marketing principle that it takes seven "touches" before someone will internalize your call to action.

Businesses that engage with a customer seven times are more likely to earn the trust and business of that customer.

Imagine if MJ had quit when he got cut in high school!!! Think about what the NBA would have been with no MJ. The impact he had on future NBA players after him, and then think about the impact he had on the economy. Not just Nike but Gatorade, Hanes, Wheaties, ect… Truth is NEVER quit when things get tough. You never know what is waiting in the future and you never know what impact you will have on the world.
