Ian bought Saoirse a chore/task chart to help improve her behaviour. We gave her very simple tasks but ones that we knew she could do. We then asked her for what prize she wanted of which she wants to buy a lot of LoL toys so we suggested she have a financial reward that she could save up for the toys. Today she reached her target and was very pleased with herself.

The Clap for our Carers campaign is asking for as many people as possible to clap their hands together on Thursday 26 March at 8pm to thank all doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists and other NHS staff working hard to help those affected by the coronavirus.
People across the UK can clap from their gardens, front doors, and balconies to show their support.

Are There Two Sides To A Surgical Mask?

This hoax claiming that there are TWO SIDES to a surgical mask has been spreading across the Internet, on blogs, Facebook and of course, WhatsApp.

Here is the hoax about how even doctors do not know how to properly wear a surgical / medical mask… grammatical mistakes and all.

No, There Is Only ONE SIDE To A Surgical Mask

Surgical masks are coloured on ONE SIDE to make it easy for medical staff to figure out which side FACES OUT.

Whether they are coloured blue, green or pink, the COLOURED SIDE is meant to face OUTWARDS

Now, we have to point out that surgical masks cannot filter air pollution, especially the dangerous PM2.5 particulates. You need to use N95 respirators.

Surgical masks are designed to filter out bacteria, not tiny particulates in air pollution.

(TBH I haven't find any information or credible sources saying that it's true or it's fake, there are info from the net that the picture is legit and take note that the source is from an Hospital and there are also information telling that it's fake based from the article above.)

Hoax or not? It is advisable to wear N95 Mask and Face Mask as an alternative to protect as from Haze.
