Professional Experience: Mr. Lynch is an adept journalist who has had over 2 years experience in writing unbiased and efficient news in politics and national new

s. He is well versed in covering breaking political stories, recent events in pop culture, and interpersonal profiles and soft news. He has also spent time working in a camp kitchen.

Education: Mr. Lynch graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Concentrated Bible Certificate in May 2019 and is expecting to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in May 2022.

Work History: Since 2019, Mr. Lynch has been working at Lancaster Bible College's student newspaper, Focus. Within that job, he has followed through on his beat sources and contacts to provide a balanced view of his stories according to editorial format and standards. He has also utilized Word to its full power, while being continually on time. Lynch has regularly been attending Focus pitch meetings and has, though his time with Focus, learned how to complete interviews and writing with minimal supervision. Lynch's main contribution to Focus has been his punctuality, his willingness to take on assignments immediately, and his contribution of creative and new articles. He has always met his deadlines when they are set, unless circumstances make it impossible. Lynch has made sure to notify his editor of his difficulty and seek consultation. Lynch followed the appropriate policies, dress code, schedules, and regulations.

Additionally from 2019-2020, Mr. Lynch was a cooking assistant at Camp Sankanac in Spring City, PA. While he worked at this camp's kitchen, he contributed mainly by delivering swift preparation of meals per day and by keeping the kitchen clean and organized. He also did many miscellaneous jobs including storing food in designated containers and storage areas, weighting and measuring raw materials to complete recipes, and supporting the head chef in whatever she needed assistance with. As with his work with Focus, Mr. Lynch's primary contribution was his punctuality and willingness to begin work immediately. Lynch followed the appropriate policies, dress code, schedules, and regulations.

Skills: Mr. Lynch's skills in his field of journalism include being an adept at investigating, developing stories, using various Microsoft applications, collecting data, managing time, planning out his time, and writing quality writing. In regards to his cooking skills, Mr. Lynch has expertise in weighing and measuring, mixing ingredients, and sterilizing cooking equipment.
