Lynch has regularly been attending Focus pitch meetings and has, though his time with Focus, learned how to complete interviews and writing with minimal supervision. While he worked at this camp's kitchen, he contributed mainly by delivering swift preparation of meals per day and by keeping the kitchen clean and organized. He also did many miscellaneous jobs including storing food in designated containers and storage areas, weighting and measuring raw materials to complete recipes, and supporting the head chef in whatever she needed assistance with. As with his work with Focus, Mr. Lynch's primary contribution was his punctuality and willingness to begin work immediately. Lynch followed the appropriate policies, dress code, schedules, and regulations.
