Honey progress is everything no matter how small💪💪💪 just set up goals for yourself and get moving.

So the first frame isn’t exactly where I started, that picture was taken in 2019, My main focus was to shred fat without tapping too much into my muscle storage.

Middle pic is early 2020, I had lost most of the unwanted fat while I continued with weightlifting to maintain my muscle and the 3rd picture was taken today.

So during lockdown I decided to try to gain healthy weight by slightly increasing my daily calories simply by having a bit more serving than I normally had while attempting weightloss. I gained from 58.2 kgs to 62,5 kgs. Which is quite significant. And then I started cutting down while focusing on weightlifting to build up my lower body which is what I’m currently doing. My weight now is 59.8 kgs.

This is what I mean when I say focus on one goal at a time. If you want to lose weight in a certain area, you have to be on a caloric deficit. You can’t eat to gain while you want to lose. Those 2 work against one another.

I swear this is the most asked question 🙌 let’s quickly browse through it.
This is a tricky fitness goal and requires 100% commitment and patience.
These are 2 fitness goals that work against one another. What do I mean by that?
1. To lose belly fat you HAVE to be on a caloric deficit which means you’ll lose overall body weight.
2. YOU CANNOT single out one body area for weightloss, however you can limit weightloss in other areas where you don’t want to lose.

HOW?
1. Toning up those areas helps a lot.
2. Heavy Weightlifting is also great and has worked for me. It helps to burn fat and define muscle therefore building/shaping up the lower body while losing weight on your upper body.
3. You will still lose overall body weight but you’ll be shaping up 👌👌now the trick is to focus on one goal which in this case will be weightloss then once you have reached your desired waist, you can start gaining healthy weight while you’re still consistent with your workout routine.

It is absolutely important to add some weightlifting on your workout routine if your ultimate goal is to look fit and build a certain body appearance.
Do not overwhelm yourself by attempting too many goals at the same time.

As a beginner, I’d say get more info on this subject if this goal applies to you, remember that not all bodies behave the same but also most importantly, your body can be exactly what you want it be.. CONSISTENCY, PATIENCE AND HARDWORK will get you there.

Coffee break🤗🤗SMILE you’re doing OK. I am so tired, my eyes tell my story. Work is crazy at the moment and my workout routine has gone crazy too. To say the least I am winning 💪💪 make time for what matters to you. Balance is everything ❤️
The thing about failing is that you can try again from the next breath you take.. try as many times as you need to🤗🤗 it’s absolutely OK❤️

Do the best you can to balance your life, fall into a routine and stick it out.
