We are thrilled to be hosting our first in-person Hive Business Club event for 2022 which will include a special guest speaker and wine tasting from The Hidden Sea.

Our speaker for this event is Richie Vandenburg, “The Captain” and co-founder of The Hidden Sea.

Members and guests will be treated to a guided wine tasting and a grazing board of delicious nibbles from 14 Days of Cheese while Richie takes us on a journey of The Hidden Sea and their amazing story and mission - get ready to be inspired.

And it wouldn’t be a Hive Business Club event without the sweet opportunity of networking with like-minded members and business owners.

The Hidden Sea is a premium wine company with a purpose, this brand is fighting back against the pollution caused by plastic entering the sea.

Richie and the team at The Hidden Sea are on a mission to take single-use plastic out of the sea and for every bottle of wine sold, they remove and recycle 10 plastic bottles from the ocean.

They have a bold goal to remove 1 BILLION plastic bottles from the ocean by 2030, and since 1 July 2020, we have already removed over 10 million plastic bottles from the ocean.
