Sharing my daily routine of building multiple businesses and my dream body at @lady_inholland âşď¸Welcome đ
Iâve lost 3kg in one monthâwithout restrictions, crazy diets, or suffering. In fact, I eat more than before⌠or at least thatâs how it feels. But in reality, my calorie intake isnât higherâIâm just making better food choices.
So what am I doing?
âď¸ I count caloriesânot to restrict, but to build awareness. It helps me understand the actual nutrition in my meals and adjust my food plan accordingly.
âď¸ I eat 3 full, balanced meals a day + 1 snack (dates & berries are my go-to).
âď¸ I move moreâbut in a way that fits my lifestyle.
âď¸ I stopped making excusesâas someone who works a lot, finding time for the gym isnât easy. So I got a treadmill. Now, whenever I need more movement, I step on it, call my family, and walk.
âď¸ I take NAD+ supplementsâand theyâve been a great energy boost.
No extreme diets. No starving myself. Just awareness, small adjustments, and consistency. And this is only the beginning.
đĄ A brilliant idea can spark your business, but itâs your ability to execute that determines your success.
So many people believe a brilliant idea is all you need to build a successful businessâbut that couldnât be further from the truth.
Not many of you know, but before launching digital marketing agency in 2020, we first launched training programs - EVOKE Academy in 2019, we had a revolutionary idea.
Social media wasnât taken seriously in marketing, and we predicted the shift before it happened. We trained over 2,000 social media managers, and it seemed like a huge win.
But two years later, we had to shut it down. Why? Because idea is nothingâexecution is everything.
Larger competitors, with better systems and stronger teams, entered the market and left us behind. Thatâs when I learned the hard truth: itâs not about the idea itself. Success comes from executionâhow well you adapt to trends, manage your team, and outpace competitors.
đŹ What do you think? Have you ever had a great idea that didnât work out as planned?

If your business gives you the freedom to have lunch with your partner, spend quality time with your family, or simply take a day off without guilt, youâre already a successful entrepreneur. đźâ¨
Success isnât just about revenue, growth, or scalingâitâs about creating a life that aligns with your values and priorities.
As women entrepreneurs, we often feel the pressure to do it all, but true freedom comes when your business supports the life you want to live, not the other way around.
⨠Remember:
⢠Success is defined by YOU.
⢠Your time is the most valuable currency.
⢠Freedom and flexibility are achievements worth celebrating.

Entrepreneurship is a wild ride. One minute, youâre crying over setbacks, and the next, youâre celebrating wins like you own the world. đ
Itâs the ultimate rollercoaster of emotions: âWhat the F**â* vs. âWhat a Beautiful Life.â đ˘
Can you relate? đ¤Ş
My 2nd tennis lesson đž so far I absolutely love it đ
Iâm not comfortable sharing this, but I think itâs important. Over the past five years, I gained 15 kilogramsânot because I stopped caring, but because I lost my balance.
đ Moving to a new country, adapting to a different culture, and the stress of integration while building multiple businesses đ˘â¨ all at once took a toll. Food became my comfortâ filled emotional gaps I didnât even realize I had.
But now, Iâm starting again. Not with restrictions or guilt â, but with awareness and balance âď¸. Iâm counting caloriesânot to restrict and starve, but to prioritize nutrition đĽ. Iâm exercisingânot to chase an unrealistic ideal, but to feel stronger đŞ, improve my stamina đââď¸, and support my health â¤ď¸.
My goal isnât perfection anymore. Itâs to build a body thatâs healthy, strong, and capableâone that carries me through life with energy and confidence đ.
If youâve been waiting for the perfect time to start your own journey, this is your reminder: itâs okay to start over. đą One day or day oneâyour choice.

What does it really take to build a successful fashion and beauty brand? đ¤ Let me take you behind the scenes.
Last year, I became a co-owner of Infinity Braids @infinitybraidsofficial , and itâs been an exciting journey, but the road is still bumpy.
As a digital marketing agency owner, I naturally took on the marketing tasks. At first, I kept stepping in to set up campaigns myselfâIâm a bit of a control freak, and I love being on top of things đ
But after many years in business, Iâve learned that doing everything yourself isnât sustainable. đŠ
It might feel easier in the moment, especially when itâs your money on the line and you know you can do it well. But Iâve been there beforeâtaking on too much leads to burnout and holds your business back.
This past 2 weeks has been tough. Sales dropped, and every day Iâve had to fight the urge to take over. đ
But building a successful, sustainable brand means creating a strong, confident, and result-driven teamâand that takes trust and delegation.
đ Have you ever struggled with letting go of control in your business or career? đ

How did I survive the darkest December in the Netherlands in 31 yearsâ12 days without sunlight? đ
As a healthy lifestyle addict entrepreneur, I always experiment with ways to stay healthy and energised.

â¨microcurrents. Iâve been using to reduce puffiness after late working evenings.
đ¨red light therapy been a lifesaver for boosting collagen, improving my mood, and keeping my skin glowing when the weather isnât.
âď¸Vitamin D is a mustâIâve had a deficiency for years, so I never skip it during grey months.
