LAGUNA's very own Louis Pangilinan dominates the international stage as he became the first Filipino designer to set off a two-year streak as the official designer for The Miss Globe pageant with his newly-created green collections of possibilities embellished through a combination of silver beads, crystals, and sequins with its fanciful and whimsical structure of bodice and cut entitled 'Green Dream' held at Tirana, Albania

"Everything begins with a dream. Even though the path ahead may be lengthy and uncharted, with a strong enough desire, we can achieve it — our green dream," he said in his latest post.

Reliving, his first collection was seen in 2021 at The Miss Globe Pageant which he called it "Gintong Yugto" which Maureen Montagne from the Philippines won.
