In September, we're all about communities and why they're like super tools when you're starting a new career.

This week, we have a special guest, Cristina. She's currently a UX Designer at TELUS Digital. Before this, she did Customer Experience (CX) and marketing stuff. But in 2020, she made a big change in her career. She'd worked for both small startups and big tech companies, and she decided it was time for something new.

But Cristina doesn't stop at being a designer. She's also really into building communities. She started something cool called "UX Design Talk." It's like a club with 1600 designers. Their goal is to help new designers succeed in UX Design. They give them skills, insights, and introduce them to a bunch of helpful people.

When she's not working, Cristina enjoys some interesting hobbies. She loves to read, write, meditate, go on adventurous trips, and even runs obstacle courses.

So, join us this week as we chat with Cristina. She's got some great stories and advice to share, especially if you're thinking about a career change or getting into UX Design. It's going to be a fun conversation! 🚀🎨
