I’m sure we’re all missing going out for a nice roast on a Sunday! Well we have plenty time on our hands to perfect our own Sundays roast 😄 Top tip- when making roast beef, cover the beef generously with salt and pepper then fry each side off until nice and brown before placing it in the oven. Give 50 minutes/kg when baking!
