Have you listened to The Shattered Window?

There are ten episodes in this long form investigative series about the unsolved murder and abduction of Jaclyn Dowaliby. We spent almost a year researching this case, speaking with those involved and combing through thousands of pages of files.

The documentary style audio series examines the justice system, correct investigative procedure, the role of the media, miscarriages of justice, and most importantly the loss of a little girl who vanished from her bedroom in the middle of the night in what was thought to be a safe suburban neighbourhood.

Every 40 seconds in the US, a child becomes missing or is abducted. Out of every 10,000 children reported missing, approximately 1 is abducted & murdered. Around 74% of these children are dead within just 3 hours of the abduction. Around 53% of these abduction murders are committed by a stranger.
