Vincenzo De Luca is the Governor of the Campania Region in Italy. In this video he reacts to the type of masks that were sent to the region, in order to protect citizens and healthcare workers from the spread of . To be fair, it seems like other types of masks were sent there as well, but in this segment De Luca is specifically talking about a batch of 700,000 masks that were sent to various regions, of which 552,000 were sent to the Campania region.
