Today's episode just went live and this is super personal for me as I had a chance to share my story and my birthmom's story. Her courage and her legacy are so powerful and inspiring.

A life is a life no matter how that life is conceived.

My birth mom understood that and I'm so glad she did. If she had not chosen life, the ripple effect of my life would not exists. Donald​'s life would be very different. My sons Karl and DJ​ would not exist. Their wives lives (Kristina and Leah) would be very different and my grand girl...and future grands would not exist.

I can't imagine a world without Karl, DJ and Kaitlyn. The ripple effect and generations that would come from one life are lost when a baby is aborted in the womb. Multiply that by the millions and millions of babies who have died since 1973 in the U.S. alone.

All lives really do matter and I'm SO glad they do! That means we aren't here by random chance. We aren't some lump of cells that somehow grew together to form who we are. We were all created by God and for God.

Without that foundational truth, nothing really matters.

Sometimes, we need to choose which window we decide to look out of.
When you're struggling with stinkin' thinkin' - don't forget that you can ask God how to help you choose to see things the way He wants you to instead of getting stuck in the rut of stinking thinking.
On our podcast at What's the Bible say? we've talked a lot about how much choices and our perspectives affect our hearts, our minds and the trajectory of our lives. This is a really good reminder to choose well.

Merry Christmas Eve Eve🎄
The year is almost done and it’s easy to become weary and lax during this time… Maybe you’re tempted to do things that during the regular days you’d never consider.
Now you’re kind of thinking maybe just today or just this once.
I ask you- does it honor God? Will it help or hinder your relationship.
I know for many it’s been a long hard year but hang in there dear one! God loves you. He will sustain you. He will reward those who diligently seek Him.
Finish Strong with our God. You’ll be so grateful you did!!
