To all streamers Out there,
As much as we love being a live streamer, trying to consistently put out high quality content to our viewers. Burnout is a real issue for us content creators. Like Legit na nakaka pagod kaya.
It's hard not only stay relevant, but to stay on top in the Gaming Community.
Burnout starts when us content creators start to feel something is not right, maybe we're just constantly tired, maybe we're out of interesting content ideas, or maybe we feel like we’ve lost the enthusiasm we had for creating content in the first place. Yet despite these symptoms, we continue to push through. At dahil don mas lalo kaming napapagod squeezing our brains out to give you the content you guys want.
That's why we ask for a break. like a week? or days? But...
Kapag bumalik na kami, pressing that Live button, everything we built up is gone and we have to start from scratch and work twice as hard to get back to where they were before.
Once we do that…you guessed it, we get burnout again and the vicious cycle continues. Oh well..
I am not just typing this just for myself but to all Streamers out there experiencing this kind of situation.
Most of my friends I know already stopped streaming because of burn outs, like di nila alam kung saan tutungo ang kanilang career as a streamer.
Also kase we think this kind of mindset din eh.
Streamers underestimate the impact that taking time off will ruin your growth, and also will sabotage your success.
We think of the moment we leave for a week, someone else will take your place. Viewers need new content every day. And again, if you’re not there, they’ll find someone else.

So anong dapat gawin para maiwasan ang burn out?
Matulog.
Give time para sa sarili mo, if you're gonna ask for a break, your viewers will understand you naman. Kase alam naman nilang babalik ka eh. (Sana all binabalikan)
Mix up your content.
Mag maid outfit ka para mawalan ka ng dignidad.
Proven and tested.
Basta yun, napahaba na ata kadaldalan ko.
Give yourself some time to reflect and focus sa sarili mo kapag napapagod ka. Enjoy what you do, always.
