When you try to serve everybody and anybody, you may end up serving nobody because it's very unclear as to who you serve.
You cannot up to people and say, I'm looking for anybody that needs #marketing.
I mean, you can, but it may not produce good results.
I don't know anybody, but I may know, for example, a 40-year-old #accountant who lives in the state of #California who may need some marketing help.
I may know a #dentist. If, say, you #specialize in #dental offices, then I may know a dentist that I could refer you to.
But again, if you say anybody and everybody, it becomes very, very difficult to find #customers.

Why finding and fixing bottlenecks in your process is essential!
If step 3, in your funnel, is the bottleneck in this process, any improvements before or after the bottleneck are useless.
Why?
Because if you do it before the bottleneck, people will go through the bottleneck and get stuck at step 3.
And if you do it after the bottleneck, because there's a bottleneck above it, improvements won't make much of a difference.
So finding and fixing the bottleneck is absolutely crucial!!
