But here’s the thing: success in both arenas comes down to strategy and adaptability.

Just like how HEB is my go-to grocery store because of its incredible service and selection, your online presence must cater to your audience’s needs.

If your content doesn’t serve them, they’ll go elsewhere.

Mavericks learned this the hard way when Bally Sports couldn’t deliver, and the deal crumbled.

2. Flexibility is Key—Like a Great Swimming Pool Workout 🏊‍♂️

Focus on what matters—your strengths and weaknesses.

If Southwest Airlines were my online brand, I'd start by addressing the complaints and praising what's working, just like when I indulge in my favorite chicken-fried steak 🍽️—focusing on what I love.

Balmorhea State Park houses the world’s largest spring-fed swimming pool.

It didn’t become a destination overnight.

3. Loyalty Matters—Just Ask My Weimaraner, Blue 🐾

Once you build that authority, it's as loyal as my Weimaraner, Blue, was to me.
