Hello Weirdos ✨ let’s give a little update on what’s been going on!

As you may all know, 2023 was a rollercoaster of a year for us. With incredibly high highs & the lowest of lows. This resulted in us stepping away for a little break to regroup and sit with our emotions and also to reflect.

We are very excited to get back to doing what we love in 2024 & have lots of topics & stories we hope to share with you all very soon!

But for now, please bare with us as we navigate some new roads ahead. 💛

Your patience & support means so much to us & we hope 2024 is the year of courage, strength, health & happiness for you all ✨

And just like that season 3 of has come to an end 🫶🏼

Unfortunately there won’t be another podcast episode this year 😢

We had plans to do some Christmas themed eps leading up to the holidays but of course life happens & we’ve both been on/off sick and now Niamh has bronchitis (we still haven’t seen each other since she went to Ireland in Oct!!!😳)

We’re both sad we couldn’t do some festive episodes but we will be back in the New Year refreshed & ready to chat sh*t again🤩

Lastly we want to say a huge thank you if you listened/ watched even just 1 episode this year it really means a lot to us!!!🫶🏼

Our least consistent year & still so much growth is crazy!
