Walk in memory of our founders

We are 3yrs.

This started with just chats, moved on creation of WhatsApp group ,through to debating on logos then with just a pen I had a sketch shared, accepted and we had a group of fellow youth working together.

We have made some gains working jointly to help make victory for our party. We made some gains helping make relevant members of the group. We’ve had our challenges like every human institution but the committed ones have made us stayed still like brothers.

We appear to be at a pause now as a group but individually still making our strives. But insha Allah we will be awoken by the seasonal calls to duty.

Spring and Bolts Company Limited is the first factory commissioned under the One District, One Factory (1D1F) initiative. It manufactures U-bolts, leaf springs, trailer suspension parts and axles for the West African market. It produced 277,220 tonnes of products in 2019, which increased to 560,615 tonnes in 2020 and 597,888 tonnes in 2021. The company has also increased direct employment from 22 to 36, most of them skilled workers.

On Monday, 15th August 2022, I presented 1,500 motorbikes to the Police Service. It is yet a further affirmation of the commitment of the Akufo-Addo government to provide the Police Service with the necessary logistics it requires, to help the Service continue to effect its mandate of maintaining law and order, and protecting lives and property.

I assure the Police Administration that this is just the beginning. More and more motorbikes will come in soon, to help ensure that every single community in the country benefits from the enhanced community policing model. Government will increase the number of motorbikes presented by Government to five thousand (5,000) by the end of next year.

I urged the IGP to help ensure that no community is left out in the distribution of these bikes, even as the Police Service prioritises the areas that are most critical. I entreat officers who will use these bikes to take good care of them but, more importantly, to pay particular attention to their safety and the safety of other road users while on the road.

Upgrade of the Assin Fosu VTI in the Central Region is progressing steadily with the construction of classroom blocks, workshops and dormitory blocks.

This project is a government of Ghana project and is being undertaken by the Consortium of P.C. Education Africa Ventures and SUMEC Complete Equipment & Engineering Company Limited is undertaking the Contract for overall upgrading and modernisation of the vocational education System in Ghana.

The contract agreement between the consortium and Government of Ghana was executed on 5th July, 2018, and amounts to one hundred and thirty-one million, six hundred and fifty-seven thousand, one hundred and ninety-eight us dollars (US$131,657,198).
The project comprises refurbishing the existing Infrastructure and construction of new infrastructure for the existing 34 NVTI centres; refurbishing the existing Infrastructure and construction of new Head office, 10 regional offices and 5 apprenticeship offices; procurement of equipment for 26 trades and ICT equipment for all 34 NVTI centres; competency based training to cover 700 trainers across 34 NVTIs; course curriculum alignment and content development for the 26 trades; project management: resources and manpower; and transport facilities, i.e. the provision of a 33-seater bus for each of the 34 NVTIs and 4×4 Pickups for the head office and regional offices.
