One of the best infinity pools I've been to. The beauty of the endless hills, the terraces of the Hmong rice paddies below, and the ever floating clouds were perfection. We stayed in the pool for almost 3 hours, and I got a tan line on my forehead from my Hmong embroidered headband.

There is a "hand" theme in Northern Vietnam that I'm not really understanding. There are big hands in tourist parks. I was getting Thumbelina vibes. Anyone know?

Ok...So they took me on the motorbike to go attend a funeral. They said it was, "just over there"..... but it was not that close. The roads were narrow, with twists and turns, and steep. I held on to dear life.

I always bring fun, floral dresses to brighten up my travels. Whether colorful background, such as the incense farm, or neutral colors from Cat Cat valley, the dress adds a refreshing pop. It also makes me feel princessy (not a word). 👸👸👸

You know you're in a part of what used to be home when you find horses of your own size and height. There's an annual horse race in Bac Ha, and this year, a Hmong jockey won. I didn't get a photo with his horse but close enough. Teehee. What a beauty.

Friendships bonded over a meal, and some cultural songs exchanged with laughter. I sang a little kwvtxhiaj to them and they sang some back to me. We exchanged a few songs about courtship, new year, and friendship.

God's beauty cannot be truly captured by camera lens. The view here is simply amazing. The clouds rolled in and we were eventually engulfed in the midst of the dewy cloud. This is the second time I've been able to dance in a cloud.
