Some women can be the one secretly killing the man and at the same time crying out for help. Especially those women that are very quiet.
They look like they cannot hurt a fly but some has pushed their husband to commit su***de or murder.
Psychological torture is sometimes worst than physical torture.
Don't allow her push you to kill someone and don't take your own life also.
You are not a rehabilitation centre for anyone. You are not responsible for anyone happiness.
There are some people you just need to love from distance. Staying around toxic people means you don't value your health.
Flee! Flee! I repeat Flee from any abusive relationship

I'm strongly against using your spiritual leaders or biological parents as your marriage counsellors.
Most spiritual leaders will use religion to hold you down and parents will use sentiment to weigh you down.
Although some of our spiritual leaders are beginning to change the narrative.
We have professional marriage counselling /consultant please employ their services.
There is absolutely nothing in the World that is a do or die affair. When you die, this life will still go on.
Be strong enough to know when to cry out for help. Be courageous enough to know when to leave.
People must talk, that's how they are wired. If you stay they will talk, if you leave they will still talk.
Remenber to put yourself first. Your life matter to God first even before the so called marriage.
Staying in an Abusive marriage because you see yourself as a role model makes you a very BAD role model.
Stop modeling the wrong ideas.

During a BRUTAL study at Harvard in the 1950s, Dr. Curt Richter placed rats in a pool of water to test how long they could tread water.
On average they'd give up and sink after 15 minutes.
But right before they gave up due to exhaustion, the researchers would pluck them out, dry them off, let them rest for a few minutes - and put them back in for a second round.
In this second try - how long do you think they lasted? 🤔
Remember - they had just swam until failure only a few short minutes ago...
How long do you think?
Another 15 minutes?
10 minutes?
5 minutes?
No!
60 hours! 😳
That's not an error. 🤷🏼♀️
That's right! 60 hours of swimming.
The conclusion drawn was that since the rats BELIEVED that they would eventually be rescued, they could push their bodies way past what they previously thought impossible.
I will leave you with this thought:
If hope can cause exhausted rats to swim for that long, what could a belief in yourself and your abilities, do for you?
Remember what you’re capable of.
Remember why you’re here.
Keep swimming.
Belief has the power to create the power or destroy.
What we believe to be true, will be reflected back to us as true, we as humans search for information to prove ourselves right.
This is why what we believe to be true is so important. As we believe we are capable for greatness, we can achieve great things.
If we believe the opposite, we can live very mediocre and challenging live.
Human beings have the awesone ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that empowers them or one that can literally saves their lives.
Knowing what your core beliefs are and being willing to look at any disempowering or limiting beliefs is key to reaching your potential.
Let’s not take our past failures so personally, but instead choose to remember that with enough hope and belief in ourselves.
All things become possible!
I mean, if a rat can go from swimming for 15 minutes to stay alive to 60 hours based on a little hope.
Imagine what is possible for the human spirit when it’s willing to reach its full potential!!!
If there was ever a time to dig deep and unleash the power of our human spirit that time is now 🙌🏻🔥
What is possible for you with enough hope and belief in yourself??

Don't owe people money when they work for you.
Don't use people for your own selfish needs.
Don't be an oppressor.
Don't play a team sport like an individual game.

I will focus on my Sheppard.
Worrying is a proof that you have taken your eyes off the SHEPHERD.
If sheep knows the way, they will not need the shepherd. The sheep should not hijack the role of the shepherd.
Worrying is a proof that you have hijacked God's duty.
Don't be too preoccupied with getting that you miss what God is giving
Alot of us has masters in worrying. You worry about people that are not worrying.

Sow that very last one you have, pray over it, water it and watch it germinate.
When it germinate, you have countless grains/tubers/bunch etc .
You end up having more than enough to eat, to save, to give and to sow again 🥰

Stop building or doing anything so that people will like you because it is not sustainable.
Do things because it is the right thing to do.
The truth is, there is no single person on earth that everyone likes. It is humanly not possible.
There must be someone that doesn't like your guts, smile, looks, confidence, kindness or so.
So anything you do in life, do it because it is the right thing to do and be free in your conscience.
Live by the truth.
Treat everyone with respect.
But be okay to live together with people who do not agree with you or just do not like you.
While you must guard their influence on you, do not settle for a life where you worry about this.
Universal likeness is not the goal.

YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN CRIME WITHOUT KNOWING...
Three men visited a car stand. They asked for the price of a 2013 Toyota camry and the seller told them the price (say 5 million naira).
They asked him for his account details and after 2 days, 3 million naira was transferred into his account.
Immediately after the transfer, they came to him and told him they are sorry but they couldn't complete the cash; (i.e they couldn't complete the N5m) so the car dealer should refund them N2.5m and keep the other N500k on it as fees for inconvenience on his part. The car dealer happily did that and was happy he got N500k as fees for doing almost nothing.
Fast forward; 3 days later, he had his car stand invaded by F-SARS and anti kidnapping squads. They asked if he was the owner of the account, he said yes and nabbed him immediately He admitted to ownership of the account; then it dawned in him what was really happening.
The guys were kidnappers and they used his account to receive kidnap ransom of N3m from the families of the kidnapped victims making him culpable in the offence. He paid them cash with no trace and they made it look like the 500k was his own share of the loot! Now he is in very deep trouble but it could have been avoided.
That's it people, stay safe and be very careful. Don't go looking for quick cash or commissions without doing your DD (Due Diligence). Let wisdom guide you always and don't be greedy!
I'd be grateful if members of the public can rebroadcast this message so people can learn this latest format from the men of the underworld.

Don't violate principles of relationship, don't break boundaries in relationships.
Anyone that wakes you when you are sleeping is your first contact.
Get yourself a Mentor.
Even if you don't have a father, shouldn't you have a master?
Do not handle the right relationship wrongly.
Everything God has for you is connected to someone and in some place.
You need that someone to take you to the place.
There are relationship you discover, if you can respect it, value it, be loyal, be humble, if you don't break boundaries, you will be amazed where it will take you too.
What you can never reap through sowing, you will reap through relationship.
With the right relationship, you will reap where you did not sow.

MEEKNESS
Meekness is not weakness, it's power put under control.
Don't let what is under the table pull you down but remenber you are not on the table because your legs are straight.
What do you have that you didnt receive. Why been proud?
Inheriting the earth is not by bragging.If you are not meek you will have alot of trouble.
You can be humble without been meek but you can't be meek without been humble.
If you are meek, you are blessed. You can't be meek and not be blessed, you can't be blessed and not be meek.
He doesn't give strength to the strong. Anyone that exalt himself will be brought down.
God breathes on dust because dust doesn't exalt itself. Be humble so God can use you.
The more you know what Meekness means, the more you will say I need help.
The words that comes out of your mouth when you are under pressure determines if you are meek or not.
The way you react when someone younger than you correct you determines if you are meek or not.
If you look down on people, you size people before you associate with them, you are proud.
What makes you feel you are better than that poor woman selling Akara on the street, you only had opportunities she didnt have or didnt take advantage off.
Alot of people you look down on today, if given half of the opportunity you had, they will be 10 times better than you.
If you want to inherit the goodness of the Earth, dig a well of humility.

He lived on me during our undergraduate days because his parents were poor.
My family didn't mind. In fact, he had the key to my room, he could come in any time like any child in my family.
He respected me so much, we were so close.
After our Youth Service, I travelled to America for further studies. My parents had the means.
Before long I settled in America, his letters started coming in, asking about life in America and telling me about the ever difficult life in Nigeria.
I told myself, it was better I severed relationship with this poor guy, before he will start asking me to bring him to America.
Haven't I done enough in his life? I asked myself.
Let him go and sort himself out.
I finally severed the relationship!
I didn't allow him to have access to me again.
Not long, I heard he had become the Personal Assistant (P.A. ) to a Medical Doctor. Good for him.
In no time the Medical Doctor became a Governor and sponsored him to the State House of Assembly.
He became Speaker, then he became Governor of the State.
While still struggling in America, it dawned on me that I had missed it. A friend God gave me to assist and yet I stopped. I severed the relationship.
We would have ruled the State together going by the respect he had for me.
*Who are you helping today?*
*He may be the one to help you tomorrow.*
You might be indirectly taking care of your tomorrow by helping him today.
*Remember, life is a seed!*
*Who is it that you are helping. Don't stop, don't malign the person.*
*Whatever the situation and circumstance of your family and friends, don't neglect them in times of need.*
*Even if you don't have money, you should have words that comfort them.*
Some people only need those words of encouragement to forge on in life.
*Just be a blessing to everyone who crosses your path.....Relationship is an investment.*
