I’ve installed Windows on my Steam Deck via an external SSD. I can play Windows Store games now. I can’t speak as to how good it works just yet, because I need to spend more time using it. I can say that installing Windows To Go with a micro SD card is not a good route if you actually plan to do anything with it. The process was not overly simple, but if you are technically minded and have experience with installing software and device emulation or Android hacking, then this is not a difficult project. If you haven’t tried anything like this before, read up on this and watch some tutorials before going at it.

Love my new screen protector. Mainly because it gets rid of the glare and smudges. Here are some pictures of mine with the new protector and my son’s before I installed his. It was about $11 for a 2-pack on Amazon. It’s made by Armorsuit if anyone is curious.

I’ve been watching Welcomt to Wrexham on Hulu. I rarely play soccer games, but hearing the story of Wrexham just gave me a place in my heart that makes me a fan. I had to play as them, so last night, I played as them on FIFA 22. It was really fun!

I finished Batman: Arkham Asylum on the Steam Deck. What a great game! Now, it’s on to Arkham City! I bought all three Arkham games for under eight bucks recently! What a deal! If you haven’t played them, I’d recommend them to anyone who likes adventure/puzzle games. They are Batman games with a good story that can be a bit gritty as well.

I will likely never finish a souls game. There, I said it. I like them, but I have too many other games that I am progressing in and having fun playing. I will still, no doubt, drop back in from time to time and be reminded how bad I suck at them.

Shame on me for thinking after a few hours in that God of War was an “ok”game that just drones on. I picked it back up again, and I’m having a blast with all the twists and turns. The game keeps changing! I love it! I can’t wait to finish it and play Ragnarok!

I just picked up Gotham Knights for the Xbox, and I’m enjoying it. The combat system is not quite as good as the Arkham Asylum system as reported, but I love the story and cinematics!

I ran this afternoon. I didn’t look at my Apple Watch much, I just listened to music and the voices in my head. They told me there was free pizza at mile 3 for the top 5 finishers. I think they lied again, or there’s people around here eating my pizza! 🤨

I picked up Judgment for the PS5 the other day from using my PowerUp Rewards. I didn’t realize there was an arcade with SEGA fighting games in it! I played some Virtua Fighter 5 tonight. Fun times!

Getting a chance to try Shenmue on the Dreamcast for the first time. It’s also my first time to get to use a real VMU! These are really neat! I couldn’t afford to play multiple systems back in the day.

I didn’t need to start a new game last night but I did anyway. I started playing Yakuza Like a Dragon and it was good! I really enjoyed it! It was almost like playing a Godfather movie!

The backstory of Ichiban and how Masumi saved him was touching. It reminds me of how Jesus Christ sacrificed more than just his little finger for you! He gave His life by dying a horrible death to save you from eternity in Hell. John 3:16! In the Bible, the book of John tells the story.

Good topic for discussion. Someone asked today what was your most memorable/favorite boss fight. For me, it is definitely Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid on PlayStation! It was so freaky the first time I played against him!
