Join us for a cosmic experience

An intentional guided microdose and shamanic sound healing experience curated by Ina Maka in partnership with Lovee TeaHC.

This experience is not a trip , you will not feel an overwhelming change in your being. Instead you will forge a connection with pscycibin that will allow you to explore inner emotions , feelings and your divine interconnection with the world .

We will begin our mindfulness practice by centering our breath through a mindfulness meditation. There will be an information segment covering the history and benefits of the sacred medicine, lol followed by a gentle Yin yoga flow and sound bowl session led by NeeNee Lovee and Ina Maka

* Each guest will receive a 16oz cup of herbal tea and a microsdose of infused blue honey. Which will be consumed prior to the yoga & sound healing sessions.

so far unschooling has been winging it and it’s been beautiful but I understand the need to create a curriculum and more structure. but today we’re building blanket forts 😂 all of that can wait until nap time .

✨ y’all I cried last week because someone made me question my mothering abilities . and it wasn’t tears of doubt or even sadness , I cried because that person couldn’t even comprehend the places of love and freedom I take my children to and the spaces that I removed them from . as a mother I understand I’m not everything my children need , one person can’t fulfill all my needs so how are my children different than me . my job as their mother is to nurture and love them and also be part of a c community a true family that loves them for them and highlights the individuality within them . I’m just the assistant in creating and rearing these magical beings , they have their own destiny and I’m here to help guide them along the way .

talking to mothers each day and noticing a lack of support or a feeling of a lack support . so I’m creating a new free service centered and focused on destressing from the pressures of motherhood , finding mindfulness in motherhood and connecting to other mothers and families.
