Seeing cute babies online, gusto na din daw ni Ryco ng baby. Tinanong ko kung saan kami kukuha ang sagot sa hospital daw 😂

Lagi niya yan binabanggit “Ma, I want a baby brother” “May baby na sa tummy mo?”

Cute at nakakatuwa talaga mga babies, naiisip ko rin na parang gusto ko na din 😂

Pero yung pag iisip na yan itinulog ko. Dapat talagang pinag iisipan. Sa case ko, ayaw ko muna talaga dahil hindi madali.

Ayaw ko muna dahil…

-Hindi pa ready ang katawan at isip ko (isama mo na yung bulsa 😂)
-Gusto ko munang ienjoy ang sarili ko
-Gusto ko munang kilalanin ang sarili ko
-Gusto ko munang unahin ang sarili ko

Kapag magkakaroon ako ng pangatlong anak, sisiguraduhin ko/namin na

-Planado ang pagbubuntis
-Makapag aral about early childhood development
-Maayos ang kaisipan, katawan, at ang bulsa (kayang tustusan ang pangangailangan ng bata)
-Hindi na makakahawak ng gadget 🤞🏼

Masarap magkaroon at mag alaga ng bagong anak kapag handa ka sa lahat 🥰

Nakakalungkot na mas madalas akong makabasa ng rant/parinig over their husband or partner dito sa social media.

Wala namang masama na maglabas ng saloobin pero ang nakikita at narerealized ko habang iniisip ko kung bakit nagkakaganun ay dahil sa atin din. Sa mga choices natin sa buhay.

Akala ko hindi talaga gumagana sa akin yung may “To-do list” dahil masyado akong naka-focus dun sa OUTCOME.

Before ang outcome na gusto ay kumita ng ₱100,000 pataas as an Online Coach.

Yung mga to-do list hindi talaga natatapos, pero kung matapos man hindi naman satisfying in my end 😟

Pero natutunan ko sa book ng Atomic Habits, mas ok yung gagawa ka ng To-do list base sa 🤩 IDENTITY 🤩 mo.

Halimbawa:

As a Coach, I want to be a kind of person na ine-empower yung mga taong nanghihingi ng feedback ko.

🔴 From SLAMMING OBJECTS To COMMUNICATING DIRECTLY

Since pursuing my DM Selling career in 2021, I have become more intentional with the people around me.

I used SLAM DOORS/CHAIRS or any objects whenever I was frustrated with something or someone. It was my way of communicating with someone when my expectations were unmet.

Nagdadabog talaga ako BEFORE kapag sobrang inis or galit ko.

Still, kasalanan ko pa rin naman dahil hindi naman alam ng mga taong kasama ko kung ano yung gusto. Hindi ko naman sinabi sakanila directly dahil nag assumed lang ako na dapat alam nila 😢

As a mom, I used to yell and throw toys around the house when I was mad. And I'm aware that my kids are starting to adopt that behavior. *I'm working on it*

It was frustrating.

Nakakadrained ng energy.

Nakakapagod pag lagi kang frustrated.

In 2021 when I started my DM selling career, I learned how to sell anything to anyone without hopping on a call,

AND MOSTLY I learned how to communicate directly.

Whenever I want someone to expect THIS or THAT, I talk to them directly.

When I need deep work, I talk to my kids.

When I want something to happen. I talk to the people who are involved.

Working to get out of that behavior is really hard *I’m still working on it and one of my strategies is to just inhale through my nose in 3 seconds then hold for 3 seconds exhale through my mouth for 5 seconds and hold for 4 seconds and I repeat that until I am calmed.

The shift happened when I saw that my kids were adopting my behavior and I don’t want them to have that. I want them to learn how to speak what they want and that made me push to be better. My relationship with my family and the people around me changed BIG TIME because they are aware of my thoughts and also encouraged them to communicate as well.

And so, I am grateful to have found this career, and I love what I do. I won't stop here because I seek to learn continuously for my personal growth.

The ✨TOOL✨ That Helping Me To Understand Myself


I always wonder about my likes/dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, and other things about myself. Tbh, when I look up to someone, I become their “mini” because I love the way they express themselves on social media, so I did mimic them because I didn't know at that time that I can also express myself without imitating others.

I discovered Human Design from Tetz Agustin in 2022 when I first downloaded her Free soulprint mini course and the HD chart.
Human Design is a tool to understand yourself better (for what I know)

When I first saw my Human Design Chart (screenshot in the comment section) I felt excited and overwhelmed at the same time, because it was confusing at first and new learnings for me.

The most eye-opening for me about my chart were about my:

✨ human design energy - manifesting generator. It means that I can multitask and be present in every task that is really aligned to me. What I love about this is that I do not need to follow everyone’s path bec I’m here to carve my own.

✨ decision making process. It means that I make decisions based on what I feel about something. That’s why it is important for me to wait out my emotional wave and to not make impulsive decisions. I wait for my emotion to be in a neutral phase then…

✨ responding to life. It means that I need to wait for things to come to me (looking for external signs) then ask my sacral a very specific question, if yes ( I mostly felt the ✨expanding✨ from my sacral or gut and if no, I felt the 👎 heavy👎 from my gut.

✨ the role I meant to play in my life. In my first 30 years of life, it’s about learning and experimenting and after 50 I can share my wisdom to others. I also have my natural talent that most of the time I never recognize because it’s easy for me to do so.

✨ Purpose and values-driven life. I changed BIG TIME when I learned about this. This is not just about my freelance life but mostly about my personal life. The purpose that I can apply in all of my aspects in life.

This also impacted mostly my personal life and my relationship to my family. The way I communicate then vs. now is really better and effective.

Same with my freelancing career, I am now sending voice notes instead of chat because of my defined center throat (communication). I literally use my voice because having a defined throat means I have a consistent powerful way to express myself and sending voice notes reinforce my confidence.

My challenges before I discovered this, was making impulsive decisions that affected my life big time. Human design helped me to understand myself and how I can make decisions wisely and I love the result in my life 🥰.

I’ve been learning human design since 2022 until now I’m still learning it. The more I dig deeper, the more I am fascinated with life force.

And tbh, I am slowly learning my children hd and applying it too! I love discovering their charts. (I will discuss more about this soon)

It’s not bad to be curious about everything, especially about who YOU are.
