I had a recent interview with Chase Waters ( @candybonesinger ), the lead singer of Mississippi band Candybone.
His band released a controversial song called "I Can't Breathe" that was inspired by George Floyd and the very real police brutality that happens in America. It is truly a song of activism.
We talk about this song as well as his upcoming projects: playing a role in a movie and upcoming album "High Crimes."
We talk about much more as well!
The interview will drop next week, so stay tuned!
Be sure to check out the song "I Can't Breathe" by Candybone!!

What is a Life to You? - Spoken Word
What is a life to you? Do you believe that all humans have intrinsic value and hold sovereignty over their own lives? Do you believe humans are subject to being property? Do you believe that a human life can ever be a waste of space?
Your ideas about what human life means effect how you treat yourself and others for the positive or the negative.
It's worth an evaluation.....
"You are Unique and Irreplaceable"
No one can truly take your place in this world and occupy the space that you do.
Your chance for existence is smaller than 1 in a million.
Appreciate your life and beauty. Discover your passions. Help change a life.
You are valued.
FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS
Its gonna take a fight alright.... Some change doesn't come easy. One change that needs to come is an end to police brutality. The full changes may not come in our lifetimes, but it takes us fighting for our future seed to enjoy the benefits.
