Prism Publishing Group is looking for volunteers for a Social Media Assistant and Social Media Team members.
The social media positions include:
Assistant:
-Assist with management and moderation of pages (training for moderation and crisis management will be done).
-Assist SMM with creating content through Canva (design) and manage projects/delegate with Clickup.
-Assist advertising team to create SEO and audience-driven ads.
-Suggest changes to pages, as well as creation of new pages.
-Help schedule and plan content on a weekly to monthly basis/help run meetings.
-Assist with bringing in/training of page moderators.
-Assist with creation of presentations concerning analytics, content plans, etc.
Team:
-Attend weekly to monthly meetings for planning.
-Help design and pitch ideas for posts.
-Moderate social media pages and discord servers (training for moderation and crisis management will be done).
-Update project status through clickup.
Any other tasks as deemed by SMM or SMA
Preferred skills (both):
-Willingness to learn and work in a digital team environment. Self-starter.
-Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Reddit, Discord, and other social platforms.
- How each works, how to create content, differences within each that may or may not transfer between sites.
-Ability to answer questions and concerns of readers, members, and followers. Communicate any issues with messages to SMM in a timely fashion. Send specific question types to other departments if necessary.
