P20,000.00 Cash Reward for Troll's real identity.

Atty. Marc Dominic Fernandez offers P20,000.00 cash reward to anyone who can give him information as to the real identity of a troll who uses the profile name of "Macmel Orya" in social media.
"Macmel Orya", in his Messenger's specific timeline January 25, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., has sent a message, interpreted as a death threat, to Jeffy Tablada, one of the campaigners of Gubernatorial Aspirant Atty AiAi Cagas in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, to wit: "Naa ko nadu ggan istorya kaw diay tablada?amping jud ka page human or after election."
Jeppy Tablada, accompanied by Atty. Marc Dominic Fernandez, has it blottered yesterday (January 26, at 9:01 a m.) the death threat against him at the Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station.
Atty. Marc Dominic Fernandez disclosed there were incidents of Hugpong Davsuranon's posters being removed by unknown perpetrators at the Municipality of Matanao prior to the death threat's message in Sta. Cruz.
Atty.Marc Dominic Fernandez in his social media post, informed the public, saying, "Pagkahuman ug langkat sa mga posters sa Matanao gabei diri na pod ta sa Sta. Cruz Police Station para ubanan nato ang campaigner ni Atty. AiAi Cagas para magpa blotter sa hulga na nadawat niya sa messenger".
'Macmel Orya', the profile name account used to sent the death threat message to Jeppy Tablada thru Messenger is being considered a fake account.
"Sa mga manghulga o mang huraw nga naga gamit ug mga fake accounts maningkamut jud mi nga ma trace jud mo para maka file ta ug mga kaso", Atty. Fernandez said.
Atty. Fernandez placed a P20,000.00 cash reward to anyone who could tell him the true identity of 'Macmel Orya' while assuring the safety and security of the informant which will be highly held in strict confidentiality.
"Kung naa puy maka trace ani nga account, please personally talk to me para madawat nimo ang P20,000.00 pesos nga reward money nga akong ehatag, Walay makabalo na ikaw ang nag sulti sa akoa ", Atty. Fernandez said.
Reliable sources from the political camp of Hugpong Davsuranon, the political group of gubernatorial aspirant Atty. AiAi Cagas, disclosed these dirty political acts of posters' removal and death threat's messages sent thru fake accounts, are definitely designed to intimidate and sow fear among campaigners, volunteers, and supporters of Gubernatorial Aspirant Atty. AiAi Cagas, further saying these dastardly acts have the highest probability of being perpetrated by the political opponents of Hugpong Davsuranon in the coming May 2025 Local Elections.

Board Member candidate Erwin Llanos, a former member of the Sangguniang Panglalawigan in the Province of Davao del Sur, and son of the late Governor Roger Llanos, delivered this message during the recent christmas gathering of supporters in Digos City.
Llanos recalled the political relationship that ran between the Llanos clan and Cagas clan, is traceable back at the time of Dodo Cagas.

Why I run for governor". . .Vice Gov. AiAi Cagas

In a recent interview aired over 98.3 Radio Station in Bansalan, Davao del Sur, Vice Governor AiAi Cagas told radio listeners the deep reasons why she decided to run for governor in 2025 Elections, even going up against her first degree cousin Marc Cagas and his wife, Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas.

The deciding factors why AiAi Cagas runs for governor in 2025 Elections: Good Governance has been sacrificed and set aside.

In answer to a query why she is running for governor in 2025 Elections, Vice Governor AiAi Cagas narrated that in 2022 Local Elections, she and couple Marc Cagas and Yvonne Roña-Cagas, were together as a team where Yvonne Roña-Cagas ran for governor, and her in tandem as Yvonne's vice governor, and they won.
AiAi disclosed the reason why she ran as Yvonne's vice governor in 2022 Elections, stating it was to help her first degree cousin Marc Cagas---the husband of Yvonne---wherein she was being lured to believe that Marc Cagas has already changed for good, but to her chagrin, she found out she was being fooled, as Marc Cagas has never changed for good.
"Daghang nangutana nganong nidagan ko, kay sa pag vice governor man god nato, nangampanya ta sa una (sa 2022 Local Elections), kauban pa man mi (ni Marc Cagas and Yvonne)", AiAi Cagas said.
"Kanang gobernadora (Governor Yvonne) dinha, ang reason man god nganong nidagan ko as vice governor sa una is para makatabang, to help sa akong ig-agaw (referring to his first degree cousin Marc Cagas), kay ingon nila nagbag-o na na siya (Marc Cagas), mao pod akong belief nga nagbag-o na siya", AiAi Cagas added, "pero as the years went by, naka-realized man god ko nga ang amoang goals for the province, ang amoang the way nga i-govern ang province lahi man ang among idea."

AiAi said good governance was not a top priority, and is overridden by the couple's glaring political ambition and greed, citing inequitable distribution of the province's income in billion, selective approach in distribution of projects province wide, non-coordination with the mayors, and the daring persecution of political rivals.

"Ang akong idea man god sa pag-govern is dapat, mao to nga walay davsuranon nga mabilin sa paglambo sa probinsya", said AiAi on her vision, "so dapat ang atoang pagpili sa projects nato, dapat in coordination with all the mayors, including the City of Digos".
"So dapat wholistic ang approach, naa gyod kay masterplan, dili moingon 'I have', 'I should', plus plus plus,..very vague", said AiAi Cagas, "unya dili lang pod sa pagpili sa mga projects, kadto lang pod ang duol sa luwag maoy tagaan, ang layo sa luwag dili tagaan, unya ingon sila (Marc Cagas and Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas) nga kadtong dili mosuporta nako gutomon nako."

Subjected to Political Persecution, Separation of Path

By mid of 2024, the Office of the Governor (Couple Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas and her SAFG-husband Marc Cagas), stripped Vice Governor AiAi Cagas of her privileges as an elective vice governor of the province wherein her government-issued vehicle was withdrawn by the Office of the Governor, leaving her vehicle-less, her PDAF privileges was stopped by Governor Yvonne and SAFG-husband Marc Cagas, and Vice Governor AiAi Cagas was left on the limbo as Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC).
"So ah morag nagkalahi ang amoang path, slowly sila nag-divert", said AiAi Cagas, "unya naa silay ginahimo nga mga underhanded nga mga butang nga sa tan-aw nako, dili man sila acts of an ally or a relative".

The Couple's Padada Declaration: An Act of Betrayal, showcasing the Greed for Power.

"Unya ang kadtong naka,-trigger gyod, kong unsay atong future plans, is kadtong nag-declare sila didto sa Padada", AiAi Cagas said, "ni-declare ang atong gobernadora (Governor Yvonne) nga ingon siya modagan na daw silang magtiayon, without consulting the family and without consulting me, nga modagan silang magtiayon as governor and vice governor".

Citing breach on 'Checks and Balances' between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch which is established under the Constitution "to protect against tyranny and abuse of power" and "to prevent any person or group from having too much control" that might ultimately lead to corruption, the plan of the couple (Governor Yvonne running for Governor and SAPG-husband Marc Cagas running for Vice Governor) will place on jeopardy the 'Checks and Balances' as the couple will have absolute control then over the Executive and the Legislative Branches if they win in the 2025 Elections.

"So nakita nako nga dili na gyod NAMAO ang ilahang tumong para sa atoang probinsya". AiAi Cagas said, "because kong gobernadora na ka, ngano man nga targeton pa nimo nga ang imong bana o asawa ang imohang vice governor", said AiAi Cagas.

Marc Cagas, the husband of Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, has a record of criminal conviction as he was convicted by SANDIGANBAYAN on May 13, 2022, after accused Marc Cagas admitted his guilt, involving a P12.95 Million malversation of public funds thru fraud and falsification.
Marc Cagas was serving his probation since May, 2022 and months up to his Filing of Certificate of Candidacy for Vice Governor on October 8, 2024.
Marc Cagas, while serving his SANDIGANBAYAN's probation sentence, from May, 2022 and months up to the filing of his COC for Vice Governor on October 8, 2024, was hired by his wife-Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, as her Special Assistant to the Governor (SAPG), and still remains as her SAFG up to the present. Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, together with Jay Enginco, are accused for violation of the right of privacy and shaming on social media on a lawsuit filed yesterday by a constituent of Davao del Sur at the Office of the Ombudsman.

"I am standing now seeking justice, my right of privacy is violated by Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas", complainant Flordeliza Gallego told StarNews in a taped interview, adding Jay Enginco has spread in public thru social media the "screenshot conversation" between her and the governor---which Gallego considered as a very private conversation---, made with the malicious intent of harassing and shaming her in public.
"Tindogan nako ang rule of law because my right has been violated, gihimoan ko nila og online harassment, ang ilang katuyoan nga pakaulawan ko sa social media" , said Gallego.
Gallego shed light on the 'WHY' she filed the complaint against Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas and Jay Enginco at the Office of the Ombudsman, narrating that she once asked medical financial assistance from Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas due to her ailment.
"I have this private conversation thru messenger with the Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas", said Gallego, "which didto sa amoang conversation, I asked for a financial assistance on her capacity as a public official, particularly as the governor of the province of Davao del Sur".
"Isa ko ka constituent nga nangayo sa iyaha for her help as she is the governor", continued Gallego, "which gi-confirmed na niya sa among conversation tungod kay nangayo man siya og requirements, meaning wala ko mangayo sa iyang personal nga kwarta, ang akong gipangayo sa iyaha is help, as she is the governor".
Gallego said her private conversation with Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas was screenshot by the governor and it reached the hands of Jay Enginco, which Jay Enginco used to spread it on the social media to shame her.
"Ug karon kani nga private conversation namo, iyahang gi-screenshot ug iyahang napaabot didto sa kamot ni Jay Enginco", added Gallego, "which Jay Enginco, iyahang gi-post publicly and for the purpose of shaming me".
Gallego said the online harassment and shaming happened after she declared in public her strong support for AiAi Cagas, the incumbent Vice Governor who is running for governor in 2025 Elections against the couple, Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas who is seeking a re-election and her husband-SAPG Marc Cagas who is running for vice governor.
Gallego said she will seek justice for maligning her on social media.
"Political ba ni, wa ko kahibalo kong politika ang rason", said Gallego, "pero sa akoa, me coming here sa Ombudsman Office is for my principle that she (Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas) violated my right, Jay Enginco also violated my right because he shamed me on social media".
Gallego said she felt bothered, trying to find answer as to the level of relationship between Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas and Jay Enginco.
"Bothered lang ko kaayo, tabangan pod ko ninyog analyze ug unsay relationship ni Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, unsa sila ka-close ni Jay Enginco", said Gallego, "nganong dunay shared nga screenshot si Jay Enginco".
Gallego said she will not be bothered if SAP-G Marc Cagas, husband of Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, held a copy of the screenshot of her conversation with the governor..
"Dili ko ma-bothered kong si SAP-G Marc Cagas ang adunay kopya ato nga screenshot", Gallego said, "because they are in fact husband and wife".
"Pero nganong si Jay Enginco", asked Gallego, " who is Jay Enginco sa life ni Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas, nganong duna siyay screenshot of our conversation, nga private conversation man to".
Gallego said her private conversation with Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas should have been kept confidential and it should not be passed to Jay Enginco and be made public.
"That was a private conversation, and that should remain confidential", Gallego stressed, "dapat dili gyod to i-share, wala gyod toy consent nako".
Gallego also confided she felt deep frustration that Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas does not know the 'basic rights'.
"Na frustrate ko for the fact nga ang atoang gobernadora ba dapat man god, her as a public official, gobernador god siya, kabalo siya sa basic rights", said Gallego, "and respect is very, very basic".
Gallego added what the governor and Jay Enginco did to her, shaming her on social media is an act of disrespect.
"Respect, gitudloan gyod ta niana sa atoang ginikanan", said Gallego, " sukad sa pagkagamay, ma-relihiyosa man o sa dili, ang ginikanan gyod mo-demand og respect, motudlo og respect sa iyang anak".
Gallego said the actions of Governor Yvonne is actually on the contrary.
"Pero this, disrespectful kaayo sa usa ka babaye, usa siya ka inahan", said Gallego referring to Governor Yvonne, "unya ang akong pagduol sa iyaha nangayo unta ko og financial assistance, nagpatabang ko sa akong tambal because I am bleeding, because of my myoma".
Gallego however said the financial assistance she asked from Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas was never materialized.
"For the record, kadtong pagpangayo nako og tabang, wala to siya madayon", Gallego said, " kay ngano, na-admit na ko dayon sa Davao Doc and tungod kay private hospital unya naa pa gyod sa Davao, wala gyod ko actually nakakuha adto nga time og financial assistance from her,, sa iyang opisina as gobernadora siya".
Gallego said she could never forget what Dodo Cagas had said in 2007, a legacy that remains alive in her heart and mind, when Dodo Cagas told the people of the province, "STAND FOR YOUR RIGHT, SEEK FOR JUSTICE".
"Di gyod ko makalimot sa iyang giingon, sa iyang inspirational message na "do not lose hope, to seek for justice", Gallego added.
Gallego said she stands now, in the province of Davao del Sur, seeking for justice.
"I am standing now, seeking for justice", Flordeliza Gallego said, "kay gi-violate ang akoang right of privacy ni Governor Yvonne Roña-Cagas and Jay Enginco".
"I will stand that this is not political, I don't have a lawyer", Flordeliza Gallego said, "this is me nga personally miadto sa Ombudsman to file the case". (Southern STARNews)
