Often proving that most of them are nonsense. Sometimes they are dead on.

If you want to p**s off a group of people you didn’t care to know existed.

Say or post one bad thing about Gibson or Fender instruments and watch more people get up in arms about you questioning a stupid guitar manufacturer than you questioning their gods and leaders..

For the record despite being legacy companies, Fender and Gibson are pretty low on the overall quality and QC totem pole these days.

What’s funny/pathetic is people who get p**sy about Charvel and Jackson using Fender headstock and body shapes. (Fender owns those companies)

People who claim a guitar isn’t that guitar based on its pickup configuration.
A Strat/Tele cannot have humbuckers and still be a Strat/tele to the old hats even though body shape determines the model.

Gibsons aren’t Gibsons if they don’t have PAF pickups….

Tonewood!!?
USA 🇺🇸 made guitars are the only good ones….

Most of the people with the strongest opinions on these topics often aren’t even musicians which makes it that much funnier and stupid.

To be clear I like Gibson and Fender guitars/basses.
That being said they aren’t the best manufacturers anymore by a long shot.
