Realtalk? Gusto ninyo ng realtalk?
Bakit nga ba kapag bata tayo, kinokondisyon na tayo ng society, especially ng mga magulang natin na kailangan natin na mag-STUDY HARD, mag-Work Hard, at tsaka, life is a COMPETITION, and that life is a RACE—na kapag babagal-bagal ka, mapapag-iwanan ka.

Ito yung numero unong dahilan kung bakit yung mga bata, ay hindi nagkakaroon ng masayang pagkabata. Bata pa lang, itinanim na satin na napakahirap mabuhay sa mundo. At, ang mundo ay puno ng paghihirap.

Dahil dito, lumaki tayo na so concern about material gain, about the future, na nakakalimutan na natin na mabuhay sa present moment. How many moments of our life have passed, na hindi natin na-eenjoy ang bawat segundo, sa kakaisip natin sa mga bagay-bagay na maaaring mangyari sa future. So, what happened is, we never truly live. Because our attention, our focus, is either on the past, or on the future. This is one of the main reason why tumataas ang level ng social anxiety. Society is the one to be blamed!!!

Bakit instead of saying na " Study Hard, Work Hard"; why not say " Study Joyfully, Work Joyfully?"

Bakit kailangan laging HARD? Yung work hard, play hard, language lang ito ng mga tao na trinitrick yung mind nila by the concept of motivation. You dont need to be motivated. Kung mayroon kang enough determination na makamtan ang isang bagay, you'll get there. Determination and Will lang sapat na...

Sa sinuman na makakabasa nito, I hope na itatak ninyo sa kokote ninyo na life is not a race nor a competition. Never compare yourself with other's achievements. You are just putting pressure sa sarili mo. Kanya-kanya lang yang phase and situation. Rather, focus on what you are doing right now, eventually, you will reap what you sow.

Kapag ang Isang tao stressed at hindi maganda ang p**iramdam mas pumapanget at madalas hindi maganda ang nasasabi nito, nagiging negative at masungit.

Pero kapag ang isang tao relaxed at masaya mas gumaganda/gumagwapo itsura nito, bumabata at mas maganda ang nasasabi.

Related kasi ang feelings sa itsura at sa mga salita ng mga tao. If you feel good you will look good and speak good things.

HINDI KO LINYA yan...

Naiintindihan kita friend dahil ganyan rin ako dati, pero may nabasa akong libro, napanuod kong video at courses na bumago sa POOR MENTALITY ko.

Pero tanong ko lang sayo?

Yung math, science at english LINYA mo BA?

Ang HIRAP kaya ng algebra, chemistry , english gramar etc.

Yung COURSE mo ngaun or nung COLLEGE LINYA mo ba talaga yan?

Hindi ba pinili mo yan dahil naniniwala ka n yan yung magbibigay sayo ng magandang buhay?

Yung TRABAHO mo ngaun, LINYA mo ba talaga yan???

Hindi ko rin linya maging dancer nuon eh, inaral ko lang dahil pwede kumita at maka travel.

Hindi ko rin linya nuon ang kargador, taga bilad ng palay/mais, construction worker, accountant etc.

ANO BA ang POINT ko?

Balik tayo sa GOLDEN RULE " kapag GUSTO may PARAAN, kapag AYAW may DAHILAN"

Yung mga bagay na gingawa natin ngaun ay hindi naman natin ALAM DATI, hindi naman tau pinanaganak na nakakapag salita at nakakalakad na agad.

Pero sa PAGLIPAS ng PANAHON natutunan din natin.

✅Lesson:

Kung SUCCESS ang pag uusapan, hindi rason ang:

• kahirapan.
• walang time.
• bata pa ako.
• hindi ko linya.
• walang grado.
• di ko alam yan.
• takot ako.

Tangalin mo natin yan sa ating isipan, dahil ang taong may determinasyong abutin ang pangarap ay wala yang takot, hindi tumatanggap ng dahilan.

Dahil wala sa mga dahilan na yan ang daan mo to SUCCESS kundi nandito sa isip natin at sa gawa natin.

Guys kahit hindi natin linya, linyahin natin at maniwala ka na kaya mo!
