In this episode I talk about the multi-billion dollar ‘wellness industry’ that has been cultivated due to the fact that so many of us are either unwell, have dis-ease in our body, or completely out of balance.

How many diets, pills or quick fix programs does it take to cultivate well-being? The answer is none! Anything that is promised to be a quick fix is NEVER going to work.

In this episode we explore what our world and our collective state of wellbeing would look like if we cultivated a deep sense of self-awareness and learned how we can become our own healer.

This is the final episode for season 2! We are taking a short break and will return soon for season 3. Let us know any topics you'd like to see covered or any guests you'd like to have on the show.

This is such an important thing for us to become aware of if we aren’t already. The reason for this is because we are energy. Everything is energy. And so it is understandable that everything impacts our energetic vibration in either a positive or negative way. And for us to be our most well and vibrant self, we need to do and engage in things that allow us to raise our vibration as often as possible.

How many times have you had to ‘bite your tongue’ for fear of ‘saying the wrong thing’? How many times have you agreed with something that someone has said just to go along with it because it is ‘easier’ or because you didn’t want to rock the boat? How many times have you had something on the tip of your tongue that you wanted to say, but fear got the better of you and you weren’t able to get the words out?
 
In this episode we explore why it is so important that we own our voice and own our truth, and ways that we can work on really owning our voice and expressing ourselves authentically.

In this episode I want to pose the question - what would happen if we lived our lives from the level of spirit?

We all have a different connection to what spirit or soul means for us, but in its essence we can acknowledge that is our connection to the divine source energy, and a deep connection to our innate knowing within ourselves and within our heart.

We are so much more than just our physical body. We are so much more than our daily human tasks and experiences. Us as humans are made up of more energy than matter - this is a scientific fact. We are 99% + energy and less than 1% matter.

How much pressure do you place on yourself to be more, do more, have more, work more?⁠

I think there are a lot of us that can relate to the feeling of needing to achieve more than we already have.⁠

We feel the need to earn more money because that’s what you’re ‘supposed’ to do, or because you need to buy all of these things that somehow ended up being on trend at a particular time, and for you to feel that you fit in you need to be seen in its possession.⁠

We feel like we aren’t enough because of old conditioning or subconscious self-sabotaging behaviours. We are comparing ourselves to anybody and everybody even though we have all had such different life experiences to arrive at where we are right now. ⁠

We are comparing ourselves to others, looking over our shoulder to see what they are doing instead of looking within ourselves and asking ‘what do I truly want’. This is the only place that the answers are available to us. And we need to dedicate time each and every day to tune in to ourselves, be it through meditation, contemplation or whatever practice resonates with you. ⁠

We are comparing ourselves to people on social media. It almost feels unavoidable at times, with an endless amount of information, and endless amounts of people trying to voice their message over the top of everyone else’s so that they can stand out in the sea of communication. ⁠

I have just celebrated my birthday and I was taking some time for reflection and it got me thinking about the past year of my life, and all of our lives. There has been a lot of shift and change and for me personally it has been a massive year of growth and evolution. ⁠

And I don’t really believe that at the time of all of these things happening that I really took the time to pause, acknowledge, reflect and integrate them. It’s only looking back on it now that I can see how far I have come.⁠

So I wanted to pose the question to you. When was the last time you celebrated yourself? Or gave yourself a pat on the back?⁠

Why do we fail to acknowledge how far we've come and what we have achieved?⁠
