Творожный кекс

Рецепт творожного кекса прекрасен тем, что он базовый – основе из сдобного, масляного, пушистого и необыкновенно нежного за счет добавления протертого творога теста можно придать любой вкус и аромат. Например, приготовить кекс с лимонной или апельсиновой цедрой, добавить мак и цукаты или капельку крепкого алкоголя – подойдет кальвадос, коньяк, ром или какой-нибудь интересный ликер.

НЕОБХОДИМЫ:

➡️ Сахар - 250 г
➡️ Пшеничная мука - 225 г
➡️ Творог - 200 г
➡️ Сливочное масло - 115 г
➡️ Куриное яйцо - 3 штуки
➡️ Разрыхлитель - 5 г
➡️ Ванилин - 1 г
➡️ Сахарная пудра - по вкусу

1. Протереть творог через сито. Это нужно для однородной структуры теста.
2. Размягченное сливочное масло взбить с сахаром до однородности.
3. Не останавливая миксер, по одному ввести яйца и взбить до однородной кремовой текстуры.
4. Вмешать творог и ванилин, затем добавить муку с разрыхлителем и перемешать до однородного состояния.
5. Смазать прямоугольную форму маслом или простелить пергаментом. Переложить тесто в форму и отправить в духовку, разогретую до 170 градусов, на час. Готовому кексу дать полностью остыть и подавать, посыпав сахарной пудрой.
